Ja ah, miten hyvältä se tuntuikaan”, intoilee Ruuska.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>”Yllättävän moni vanhoista lauluistani on tuotavissa yleisön eteen vielä tänäkin päivänä. Sovitan niitä uusiksi, ja etsimme uutta kulmaa kertoa näitä tarinoita kolme vuosikymmentä vanhempana.<br>Lisäksi haluan liittää keikkoihin poimintoja suomalaisesta lauluaarteistosta, en tarkkaan tiedä vielä mitä, mutta tämä ajatus sytyttää kovasti. Tähän asti olen laulanut vain omia laulujani.<br>On myös virkistävää kasata ohjelmistoa vailla hittipaineita. "fi": "<p>Jo kolmatta kertaa järjestettävä Hyvä elää Etelä-Pohjanmaalla -hyvinvointiseminaari pidetään Framilla Seinäjoella tiistaina 11. maaliskuuta. Seminaarin teema on <em>Kohti aivotervettä työelämää</em>. Maksuton seminaari on suunnattu kaikille alueella hyvinvoinnin parissa työskenteleville ammattilaisille.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Seminaarin pääpuhujana on aivotutkija <strong>Mona Moisala.</strong> Moisala on aivotutkimuksesta väitellyt psykologian tohtori ja aivojen hyvinvoinnin asiantuntija. Tutkimustyössään Moisala on perehtynyt muun muassa siihen, miten multitasking vaikuttaa aivoihin ja keskittymiskykyyn. Haastattelun lomassa kuunnellaan Tyrväisen valitsemaa ja keskustelua kuljettavaa musiikkia sekä nähdään valikoituja valokuvia. Tavoitteena on tuoda ihmisiä yhteen ja tarjota matalan kynnyksen maksuttomia tilaisuuksia, joiden teemat ja luonne vaihtelevat, mutta pääpaino on kulttuurissa, on se sitten musiikkia, teatteria tai elokuvaa.</p>\n",
