"fi": "<p><strong>Tehdään hyvästä johtamisesta kilpailuetu Etelä-Pohjanmaalle!</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Hyvän johtamisen foorumi</strong> on Seinäjoella<strong> </strong>järjestettävä vuosittainen tapahtuma, joka kutsuu jälleen johtajat, esihenkilöt ja kaikki johtamisesta kiinnostuneet kuulemaan päivänpolttavaa asiaa hyvästä johtamisesta sekä verkostoitumaan yhteisen asian äärellä. Mitä haastavampia aikoja eletään, sitä isompaan rooliin nousee hyvän johtamisen merkitys organisaatioiden tavoitteiden saavuttamisessa. Yksin esihenkilöt eivät kuitenkaan kaikkeen kykene. Tarvitsemme myös hyviä työyhteisötaitoja.</p>\n<p><strong>Tule mukaan nyt Early Bird -hinnalla, joka on voimassa 4.9. saakka</strong>. Tämän jälkeen hinta nousee normaalitasolle 159 eur.</p>\n<p><strong>Hyvän johtamisen foorumin 2026 puhujina:</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Aira Eirola, </strong>argumentaatiovalmentaja, väitöskirjatutkija<br>- Mielipiteistä argumentteihin – miten johtaja rakentaa eri näkemyksistä yhteistä ymmärrystä?<br>Eirola pureutuu tutkimustiedon ja argumentointitaitojen kautta siihen, miten keskusteluja voidaan syventää mielipiteistä perusteltuihin argumentteihin, miten piileviä keskustelun esteitä voidaan poistaa ja miten muutosjohtamista voidaan vahvistaa yhteisen ymmärryksen rakentamisella.</p>\n<p><strong>Eija Pienimäki, </strong>kauppatieteiden tohtori, henkilöstöjohtaja Seinäjoki<br>- Esihenkilötyössä onnistuminen – mission impossible?<br>Pienimäki tarkastelee puheenvuorossaan johtamista ennen kaikkea työnä: käytännön tekemisenä, jossa esihenkilö tasapainottelee useiden roolien, ristiriitaisten odotusten ja arjen päätöksenteon keskellä. Kuulijat saavat näkökulmia siihen, miten esihenkilön osaaminen rakentuu koulutuksen ja kokemuksen kautta, ja miten johtajaidentiteetti kehittyy osana arjen esihenkilötyötä.</p>\n<p><strong>Jenni Rajahalme</strong>, viestinnän ja työelämän kehittämisen asiantuntija<br>- Sukupolvet samassa työyhteisössä – ymmärryksestä johtamisen vahvuus<br>Rajahalme avaa, miksi eri sukupolvet ajattelevat työstä ja johtamisesta eri tavoin, ja miten kasvatuksen, koulutusjärjestelmän, teknologian ja muuttuvan työelämän vaikutukset näkyvät tämän päivän työyhteisöissä. Halli on suljettu näyttelynvaihdon vuoksi.</p>\n<p><strong>Klo 12–12.10 Taidekropsu: pikaopastus Flashback-näyttelyyn<br></strong>Taidehallin ilmaispäivänä järjestetään pikaopastus Flashback-näyttelyyn lounasaikaan klo 12-12:10. Taidekropsut ovat kaikille avoimia ja maksuttomia.</p>\n<p><strong>Klo 16–21.30 Makuelämyksiä ja tarjouksia Äärellä Bistrossa</strong><br>• Viinipullo 29 € (Fratelli Cozza Pinot Grigio DOC <em>tai</em> Fratelli Cozza Primitivo IGT, Italia)<br>• Bistron lohileipä + valitsemasi juoma 25 € (norm. 28,80–32,30 €)<br>Juomavaihtoehdot: Kukko Lager (0,33 cl), Kukko Pils (0,33 cl), lasillinen viiniä (12 cl) tai virvoke.</p>\n<p><strong>Klo 17–19 Taiteilijatapaaminen ja työnäytös: Kirsi Julku</strong><br>Tervetuloa tapaamaan ja seuraamaan taiteilija Kirsi Julkun työskentelyä Kammioon klo 17–19. Esillä on myös Julkun teoksia, joista taiteilija kertoo mielellään enemmän.</p>\n<p>Kirsi Julku (s. 1993) maalaa elävän ja elottoman, sekä runsaan ja riisutun rajapintoja. Öljyvärimaalauksissaan luurangoista on muodostunut hänelle visuaalinen kieli, jonka kautta Julku lähestyy aiheita ihmisyydestä sekä elämästä. Vapaa pääsy, tervetuloa!</p>\n<p><strong>Klo 18–21 NOSTE ACOUSTIC 2026: Nousevan musiikin klubi<br></strong>Noste – nousevan musiikin klubi rantautuu Kalevan Navetan Hugo-saliin ja musiikista päästään nauttimaan tällä kertaa akustisesti. Illan aikana esiintyvät Peltokurki, Eereka, Vaelimaa ja Noomi. Noste-klubi on maksuton ja ikärajaton tapahtuma, jonne kaikki ovat tervetulleita!</p>\n<p>Noste on Rytmi-instituutin vuonna 2023 kehittämä tapahtumakonsepti, jonka tavoitteena on nostaa esiin uutta suomalaista musiikkia. Punainen haltijatar antoi Adalminalle suuren helmen, jota seurasi vielä kolme lahjaa. The approximately one-hour concert features music from films such as *Gone with the Wind*, *Star Wars*, *The Lord of the Rings*, *Titanic*, *Interstellar*, and *Pirates of the Caribbean*. The program also includes melodies from Finnish films as well as classical music gems ranging from Bach to Merikanto.</p>\n<p>The concert will feature both an acoustic cello over 200 years old and a modern Yamaha electric cello. The music is complemented by Toivio’s impressive vocals. Näyttelyyn on koottu eri tekniikoin toteutettuja, käsityönä valmistettuja fanituotteita, joiden takaa löytyy sekä taitoa että tunnetta.</p>\n<p>Avajaispuheenvuoron pitää Taito Etelä-Pohjanmaan toiminnanjohtaja Marja Hemminki-Haapoja klo 17–17.15 Pajakäytävällä.</p>\n<p><strong>Klo 17–20 Näyttelyavajaiset: Ajan saastuminen</strong><br><strong>Näyttelytila Halli, 2. krs</strong><br>Tervetuloa Taidehallin uuden näyttelyn avajaistapahtumaan sekä tutustumaan <em>Ajan saastuminen</em> -ryhmänäyttelyn taiteilijoihin. Erich Bergerin kuratoiman näyttelyn taiteilijat ovat Petri Ala-Maunus (FI), Laura Beloff (FI), Andy Gracie (UK/ES), Katri Naukkarinen (FI) ja Aurora Del Rio (IT), Elsa Salonen (FI), Emilia Tikka, Leena ja Oula A. Valkeapää (FI).</p>\n<p><em>Ajan saastuminen</em> kutsuu sinut matkalle, joka ravistelee vallitsevaa aikakäsitystä. Näyttelyn taiteilijat käsittelevät ajan moniulotteisuutta ja teokset osoittavat sen, miten syvä menneisyys ja tulevaisuus vaikuttavat huomaamatta jokapäiväiseen elämäämme.</p>\n<p><strong>Klo 17.30–18 Taiteilijahaastattelu: kuraattori ja taiteilijat</strong><br><strong>Hugo-sali, 2. krs</strong><br>Seinäjoen taidehallin ts. taidekuraattori Laura Laukkanen haastattelee Ajan saastuminen -näyttelyn taiteilijoita.</p>\n<p><h2><strong>🌸TYÖPAJAT🌸</strong></h2></p>\n<p><strong>Klo 17–19 Taidetyöpaja</strong><br><strong>Pedatila Itikka, 2. krs</strong><br>Tässä maksuttomassa nonstop-työpajassa pääset virittäytymään avajaisiaan viettävän Ajan saastuminen -näyttelyn teemoihin itse tekemällä. Työpajassa toteutetaan matalan kynnyksen taidepuuhaa, johon voivat osallistua kaikki ikään ja taitotasoon katsomatta. Työpajaan voit piipahtaa koska tahansa klo 17–19 välisenä aikana. Paikalla on taidehallin ohjaaja.</p>\n<p><strong>Klo 17–20 Työpaja: Kalevan Navetta -korvispaja</strong><br><strong>Kässä 2-luokka, 1. krs</strong><br>Seinäjoen taitokeskuksen non-stop työpajassa on ainutlaatuinen tilaisuus koota omat Kalevan Navetta -korvakorut! Korvispohjan K-logo inspiroituu talon ylimmän kerroksen pyöreästä ikkunasta. Seinäjoella suunnitellut ja valmistetut korvispohjat ovat materiaaliltaan kotimaista koivuvaneria. Korun osissa käytetään kirurginterästä.</p>\n<p><ins>Materiaalimaksu 6 €</ins></p>\n<p><strong>Klo 17–20 Kesäpäivän sirkusrastit</strong><br><strong>Kalevan Navetan sisäpiha</strong><br>Kalevan Navetan sisäpihalle piilotetut hauskat sirkusaiheiset tehtävät innostavat luovaan liikkeeseen. Sirkusrasteilla viihdytään yhdessä, kokeillaan erilaisia sirkusvälineitä ja askarrellaan oma sirkushahmo!</p>\n<p><strong>klo 18–20 Työpaja: Pyyhkeen tarina</strong><br><strong>Taidelainaamo Parsi, 1. krs</strong><br>Kävijät voivat tuoda Taidelainaamon työpajaan omia vanhoja puuvilla- tai pellavatekstiilejään, esimerkiksi pyyhkeitä tai pöytäliinoja. Tapahtumakävijöiden kanssa keskustellaan heidän vanhoista tekstiileistään ja tarinat tallennetaan taiteilijan käyttöön (äänitettä ei julkaista). Millaisia tarinoita tekstiileihin liittyy? Missä tilanteissa niitä on käytetty? Kuka ne on tehnyt ja mihin tarkoitukseen? Tekstiilit voivat olla vanhoja, rispaantuneita tai tahraisia. Taiteilija voi käyttää tekstiilejä taiteen materiaalina.</p>\n<p><h2><strong>🌸ESITYKSET JA NÄYTÖKSET🌸</strong></h2></p>\n<p><strong>Klo 17.10–17.30 & 18.10–18.30 Saippuakuplataitelija Taija Taika</strong><br><strong>Kalevan Navetan sisäpiha<br></strong>Taija Taika (Taija Kummelus-Eskelinen) on hyvinkääläinen ammattitaikuri ja Suomen monipuolisin saippuakuplataiteilija! Taijan esitykset ovat näyttäviä ja hän yhdistää taikuutta ja sirkustaidetta kuplashow’ihinsa, jotka sopivat koko perheelle.</p>\n<p><strong>Klo 17.30–17.45 Mrittika Rahman: Indian Dance & Rhythms</strong><br><strong>Kalevan Navetan sisäpiha</strong><br>Mrittika Rahman on Seinäjoen kansalaisopiston tulevan lukuvuoden 2026–2027 intialaisen tanssin opettaja, kurssilla Introduction to Indian Dance & Rhythms. Mrittika esittää soolotanssiesityksen, jonka jälkeen on mahdollisuus opetella muutama intialaisen tanssin askelsarja.</p>\n<p><strong>Klo 18.30–18.45 Argentiinalaisen tangon tanssiesitys</strong><br><strong>Kalevan Navetan sisäpiha</strong><br>Argentiinalaisen tangon harrastajaryhmä esiintyy Kalevan Navetan sisäpihalla. Esityksessä nähdään tangoa sekä milongaa.</p>\n<p><strong>Klo 18.30–19.30 SKOR Kesäkvintetti: Kesäistä keveyttä -konsertti</strong><br><strong>Hugo-sali, 2. krs</strong>.<br>Seinäjoen kaupunginorkesterin kesäkvintetti viihdyttää Seinäjoen asukkaita soitollaan jo toista kesää! What kinds of stories are associated with the textiles? In what situations have they been used? Who made them and for what purpose? The textiles can be old, frayed, or stained.
