Mittaustulos saadaan yhdessä minuutissa ja tulokset tulkitaan selkeältä tulosraportilta, jonka asiakas saa mukaansa.</p>\n<p>InBody-mittauksella mitataan kehon vesitasapainoa ja sen muutoksia. Lihas-rasvatasapainossa saadaan selville eri kehonosien, kuten jalkojen, käsien ja keskivartalon tarkat koot ja koostumukset mm. lihas- ja rasvamassan osalta.</p>\n<p>Monipuoliset mittaustulokset viitearvoineen:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kokonaispaino (kg)</li>\n<li>Lihasmassa (kg)</li>\n<li>Rasvakudoksen määrä (kg)</li>\n<li>Rasvaprosentti (%)</li>\n<li>Kehon vesi (L)</li>\n<li>Painokontrollitavoite (kg)</li>\n<li>Lihastasapaino (kädet, jalat ja keskivartalo)</li>\n<li>Segmentaalinen lihasjakauma (kädet, jalat, keskivartalo)</li>\n<li>Perusaineenvaihdunta (kcal)</li>\n<li>Kehon painoindeksi (BMI)</li>\n<li>Segmentaalinen rasvadiagnoosi (kg/%)</li>\n<li>Visceral Fat-arvio (sisäelimien ympärillä olevan rasvan pinta-ala / cm²)</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Laite antaa mm. selkeät ja luotettavat tulokset henkilöiden lihasmassan lisääntymisestä (erittelee raajat ja keskivartalon) ja raajojen lihasmassan mahdollisista puolieroista. Testillä on helppo seurata mm. lihaskuntoharjoittelun edistymistä, kuten lihasmassan määrää suhteessa rasvamassaan. Miten kirjoitetaan hyviä prompteja?</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Älä jää yksin pähkäilemään vaan tule kuulolle Tekoäly yrittäjän apurina I -verkkotyöpajaan. Saat konkreettisia ja selkeitä vinkkejä ja ideoita tekoälyn hyödyntämiseen yritystoiminnassasi tai työssäsi. Tavoitteena on, että jokaiselle osallistujalle jää käteen jotain konkreettista, millä lähteä kehittämään omaa toimintaansa. Työpajan sisältö soveltuu kaikille, riippumatta osallistujien lähtötasosta tekoälytyökalujen käytössä.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p><strong>Sisältö</strong></p>\n<p>•Perehdytään perustyökaluihin kuten ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini</p>\n<p>•Tutustutaan erilaisten esimerkkien kautta tekoälytyökalujen käyttökohteisiin ja mahdollisuuksiin yrittäjän arjessa.</p>\n<p>•Opitaan kirjoittamaan hyviä prompteja (komentoja) tekoälylle</p>\n<p>•Osallistujat saavat lisäksi erilaisia linkkejä ja esimerkkejä itseoppimisen tueksi työpajan jälkeen.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Asiantuntijana toimii <strong>Jonna Muurinen Kuulu Oy:sta</strong>. Hän on työskennellyt viimeiset 23 vuotta markkinoinnin, viestinnän ja median parissa Suomessa ja ulkomailla. Jonna on valmentanut jo satoja ihmisiä ja yrityksiä hyödyntämään tekoälyä. Hän on saanut erinomaista palautetta niin vasta-alkajilta kuin edistyneemmiltä tekoälyn käyttäjiltä selkeästä, innostavasta ja käytännön esimerkkejä sisältävästä tyylistään.</p>\n",

"fi": "<p>Seinäjoen kansalaisopisto ja Ideapark Seinäjoki järjestävät yhteistyössä Naistenpäivän tanssit!</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Tanssit pidetään Ideaparkin keskusareenalla naistenpäivänä <strong>perjantaina 8.3.2024 klo 17.30-19.30</strong>.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Luvassa on menoa ja meininkiä, kun Seinäjoen kansalaisopiston kolme bändiä - Pystymettäläiset, Besserwisserit ja Tanssimusiikkiyhtye, soittavat tanssimusiikkia. Bändejä luotsaa Mika Peltoniemi.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Musiikin ja paritanssin lisäksi luvassa on Live-Lavista Heidi Hirvelän johdolla!</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Kampaamo-Myymälä Clips saapuu naistenpäivän tanssien kunniaksi tekemään tanssiaisiin saapuville, tai miksei muillekin, ihania pikakampauksia tanssialueen edustalle klo 14-17 väliseksi ajaksi! Täältä saat mm. tanssien ja koko päivän ajaksi kestävät kiharat!</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Tapahtuma on kaikille avoin ja maksuton.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p><strong>Tanssikengät jalkaan ja tervetuloa!</strong></p>\n",
