"fi": "<p>Tule kuulemaan mielenkiintoista tietoa latinasta tuosta kielten unohdetusta kuningattaresta maksuttomalle luennolle.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Suomessa on opetettu latinaa yli 700 vuotta. Kelvollinen latinan kielitaito oli aikoinaan vaatimuksena yliopisto-opinnoille ja virka- tai tiedemiesuralle. 1800-luvun lopulta lähtien latinan tähti alkoi kuitenkin hiipua, ja nykyään latinan taitaminen on jo harvinaista. Me kaikki osaamme kuitenkin latinaa esimerkiksi lentävien lauseiden ja sivistyssanojen muodossa. Roomalainen klassillinen sivistys elää.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Esitelmöitsijänä toimii FM Anita Salmela, väitöskirjatutkija Oulun yliopisto: tieteiden ja aatteiden historia</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Luento on osa osa Kalevan Navetan Muu-kesä -ohjelmaa.
