Illan musiikissa näkyy Josen laaja musiikillinen matka monessakin mielessä; lauluissa on kaikuja niin jazzista, iskelmästä kuin popistakin. Laulujen tekstit käsittelevät usein elämän nurjempia puolia, mutta suurella sydämellä ja kirkkaalla pilkkeellä, joskus ironisestikin. Reteetä menoa luvassa!\r\n\r\nLiput 10/7 € ovelta."

Liinamaan tupa rakennettiin Ylihärmässä 1837 ja siirrettiin Törnävän museoalueelle 1960-luvulla kertomaan entisajan elämäntavasta.</b>\n\n<span style=\"display: inline !important;\">Tutustu samalla pihapiirin muihinkin kiehtoviin rakennuksiin - hämyisestä savutuvasta vilja-aitan viileyteen. </span><span style=\"display: inline !important;\">Liinamaassa pääsee myös seuraamaan ja kokeilemaan erilaisia entisajan askareita. Ensimmäisenä lauantaina 7.7. pihapiirissä tehdään risuaitaa.</span>\n\n<span style=\"display: inline !important;\">Näinä viikonloppuina päivittäiset opastetut kierrokset museoalueella ovat tauolla. </span>"

Perhe on muuttanut työn perässä Ruotsiin, ja pääsyy vierailuun on häät- yhdet viimeisistä Jerusalemissa. Eletään uuden ajan kynnyksellä. Loppukesästä 1975 Suomi isännöi ETY-kokousta, ja sen myötä kaikki on muuttumassa. Kuoleva kylä edustaa koko Suomen kuolevaa maaseutua ja perinteistä elämäntapaa. Pekka kaipaa takaisin tähän yksinkertaiseen aikaan, ja Meeri puolestaan näkee kehityksen ja eteenpäin menemisen ainoana järkevänä vaihtoehtona. Tarinan yhden vuorokauden kuluessa Pekka löytää nopeasti tutut kuviot, entiset kaverinsa ja entisen korvenraivaajan asenteensa.
