Draamaelokuva <em>Palvelus</em> (2022) kertoo isästä ja pojasta, sukupolvien kuilusta ja siitä, parantaako palvelus vanhat haavat. Dokumentaarisessa elokuvassa <em>Parta</em> (2024) pappi Late haluaa näyttää itseltään ja maskeeraaja tekee hänelle toivomansa parran. Drama film Service (2022) is about father and son, generational gap and whether service heals old wounds. In the documentary film Beard (2024), priest Late wants to look like themself and make-up artist Kata makes them the beard they wants. Kahvitilaisuus Lakeuden Ristissä klo 9.30 alkaen.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><strong><h2>Itsenäisyyspäivän etkot Kalevan Navetassa 5.12.2025</h2></strong></p>\n<p><strong>Seinäjoen kaupunki juhlistaa itsenäisyyspäivää kaikille avointen ja maksuttomien itsenäisyyspäivän etkojen merkeissä taide- ja kulttuurikeskus Kalevan Navetassa perjantaina 5.12.2025 klo 17-20.</strong></p>\n<p>Kulttuurikeskuksen toimijat järjestävät päivän aikana mm. monelle eri kohderyhmälle sopivaa työpajatoimintaa sekä esittävän taiteen ohjelmaa. Etkoille on vapaa pääsy ja ohjelmassa on mm. vapaa pääsy Seinäjoen taidehalliin sekä Duo Ohoivan <em>Lauluja itsenäisen Suomen rakentajista</em> -konsertti.</p>\n<p><strong><h3>Tapahtuman ohjelma</h3></strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Klo 11–20 Vapaa pääsy Seinäjoen taidehallin näyttelyihin</strong><br>Vintillä esillä Still I Rise -ryhmänäyttely ja Hallissa esillä Tiina Laasosen Tunnen puun, joka kasvoi suureksi -näyttely.<br><br></li>\n<li><strong>Klo 17–19 Työpaja: Itsenäisyyspäivän kynttilät</strong><br>Taitokeskuksen työpajassa valmistetaan itsenäisyyspäivän kynttilöitä mehiläisvahasta. Mehiläisvahakynttilät ovat ekologisia ja sopivat yleensä myös niille, joilla on allergioita tai yliherkkyyksiä. Kynttilät palavat kauniisti ja savuttamatta. Pajan kesto n. 30 min, materiaalimaksu 6 €.<br><br></li>\n<li><strong>Klo 17–17.45 Viittomakielinen opastus Tunnen puun, joka kasvoi suureksi -näyttelyyn</strong><br>Opastetulla kierroksella päästään tutustumaan tarkemmin Tiina Laasosen näyttelyyn Tunnen puun, joka kasvoi suureksi. Kierros järjestetään viittomakielellä. Kierrokselle on vapaa pääsy, ja sille voivat osallistua sekä viittomakieltä käyttävät että sitä osaamattomat henkilöt.<br><br></li>\n<li><strong>Klo 17–17.45 Soiva luento: Silja Palomäki: Talvitie</strong><br>Silja Palomäki on tutkinut pro gradu -työssään eteläpohjalaista kansanlauluperinnettä keskittyen Kauhajoen Nummijärven alueeseen ja siellä yli tuhat laulua arkistoon tallentaneen Kerttu Talvitien (1912–1989) laulustoon. Talvitien esitykset ja kertomukset valottavat myös 1900-luvun alun elämää pienessä eteläpohjalaisessa kylässä.<br><br>Palomäki on eteläpohjalaislähtöinen Tampereella asuva muusikko ja toiminnanjohtaja. Hän valmistui Taideyliopiston Sibelius-Akatemiasta musiikin maisteriksi vuonna 2016.<br><br></li>\n<li><strong>Klo 18–18.45 Soiva luento: Anne-Mari Kivimäki: Kotiin – muistoja ja lauluja </strong><br>Anne-Mari Kivimäki on säveltäjä ja tutkiva muusikko, joka yhdistää luennossaan Karjalan tanssimaat ja eteläpohjalaisen sukunsa tarinat. Hän esittelee <em>Kotiin – muistoja ja lauluja</em> -kirjaa ja siihen liittyvää musiikkia, jonka hän loi Lahden museon evakkoteemaiseen näyttelyyn. Kirja pohjautuu Kivimäen suvun evakkovuosien värssyvihkoihin, jotka hän sai isoäidiltään. Kotiin-sarja täydentyi helmikuussa 2025 julkaistulla albumilla.<br><br>Kivimäki on palkittu esiintyjä: Etnogaalan Vuoden artisti 2017, ylistetty <em>Lakkautettu kylä</em> -teos sekä vuonna 2025 saatu Karjalan Liiton Elmi Tsokkisen mitali kulttuuriperinnön vaalimisesta.<br><br></li>\n<li><strong>Klo 18–18.45 Esitys: MoDe – Moving Decos: Avaruusasema</strong><br>Avaruusasema on audiovisuaalinen led-valoteos, joka avaa välähdyksenomaisesti kolmen avaruuden tutkijan tutkimusmatkan tunteiden vuoristorataa. Avaruusasemassa yhdistyvät synkronoitujen led-valovanteiden välke, virtaava liike sekä elektro-akustinen äänimaisema. Yhdessä näyttävien pukujen kanssa teos luo miniuniversumin, joka valaisee katsojien mieliä jättäen tilaa tulkinnoille.<br><br></li>\n<li><strong>Klo 19–20 Konsertti: Duo Ohoiva 10 vuotta: Lauluja itsenäisen Suomen rakentajista</strong><br>Lämminhenkinen folk-yhtye Duo Ohoiva kerää talteen tavallisten ihmisten tarinoita ja tekee niistä lauluja. Yhtyeen jäsenet Tero Heinämäki ja Jenni Timonen ovat kiertäneet vuosien ajan palvelukeskuksissa musisoimassa ja keräämässä ikääntyneiden muistoja talteen. Kohtaamisten pohjalta on syntynyt jo kymmeniä folk-henkisiä kappaleita, jotka kertovat tarinoita maailmasta, joka on katoamassa ympäriltämme.<br><br>Kalevan Navetan juhlakonsertissa kuullaan lauluja sekä yhtyeen alkuajoilta että tänä syksynä julkaistavalta tuplasingleltä. Lauluissa kuullaan itsenäisen Suomen rakentajista, työstä, rakkaudesta ja eletystä elämästä.</li>\n</ul>\n",

Kulttuurikeskuksen toimijat järjestävät päivän aikana mm. monelle eri kohderyhmälle sopivaa työpajatoimintaa sekä esittävän taiteen ohjelmaa.</strong><br><br></p>\n<p><strong><H2>Ohjelma ja aikataulu</H2></strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Klo 11–20 Vapaa pääsy Seinäjoen taidehallin näyttelyihin</strong><br>Vintillä esillä Still I Rise -ryhmänäyttely ja Hallissa esillä Tiina Laasosen Tunnen puun, joka kasvoi suureksi -näyttely.<br><br></li>\n<li><strong>Klo 17–19 Työpaja: Itsenäisyyspäivän kynttilät</strong><br>Taitokeskuksen työpajassa valmistetaan itsenäisyyspäivän kynttilöitä mehiläisvahasta. Mehiläisvahakynttilät ovat ekologisia ja sopivat yleensä myös niille, joilla on allergioita tai yliherkkyyksiä. Kynttilät palavat kauniisti ja savuttamatta. Pajan kesto n. 30 min, materiaalimaksu 6 €.<br><br></li>\n<li><strong>Klo 17–17.45 Viittomakielinen opastus Tunnen puun, joka kasvoi suureksi -näyttelyyn</strong><br>Opastetulla kierroksella päästään tutustumaan tarkemmin Tiina Laasosen näyttelyyn Tunnen puun, joka kasvoi suureksi. Kierros järjestetään viittomakielellä. Kierrokselle on vapaa pääsy, ja sille voivat osallistua sekä viittomakieltä käyttävät että sitä osaamattomat henkilöt.<br><br></li>\n<li><strong>Klo 17–17.45 Soiva luento: Silja Palomäki: Talvitie</strong><br>Silja Palomäki on tutkinut pro gradu -työssään eteläpohjalaista kansanlauluperinnettä keskittyen Kauhajoen Nummijärven alueeseen ja siellä yli tuhat laulua arkistoon tallentaneen Kerttu Talvitien (1912–1989) laulustoon. Talvitien esitykset ja kertomukset valottavat myös 1900-luvun alun elämää pienessä eteläpohjalaisessa kylässä.<br><br>Palomäki on eteläpohjalaislähtöinen Tampereella asuva muusikko ja toiminnanjohtaja. Hän valmistui Taideyliopiston Sibelius-Akatemiasta musiikin maisteriksi vuonna 2016.<br><br></li>\n<li><strong>Klo 18–18.45 Soiva luento: Anne-Mari Kivimäki: Kotiin – muistoja ja lauluja </strong><br>Anne-Mari Kivimäki on säveltäjä ja tutkiva muusikko, joka yhdistää luennossaan Karjalan tanssimaat ja eteläpohjalaisen sukunsa tarinat. Hän esittelee <em>Kotiin – muistoja ja lauluja</em> -kirjaa ja siihen liittyvää musiikkia, jonka hän loi Lahden museon evakkoteemaiseen näyttelyyn. Kirja pohjautuu Kivimäen suvun evakkovuosien värssyvihkoihin, jotka hän sai isoäidiltään. Kotiin-sarja täydentyi helmikuussa 2025 julkaistulla albumilla.<br><br>Kivimäki on palkittu esiintyjä: Etnogaalan Vuoden artisti 2017, ylistetty <em>Lakkautettu kylä</em> -teos sekä vuonna 2025 saatu Karjalan Liiton Elmi Tsokkisen mitali kulttuuriperinnön vaalimisesta.<br><br></li>\n<li><strong>Klo 18–18.45 Esitys: MoDe – Moving Decos: Avaruusasema</strong><br>Avaruusasema on audiovisuaalinen led-valoteos, joka avaa välähdyksenomaisesti kolmen avaruuden tutkijan tutkimusmatkan tunteiden vuoristorataa. Avaruusasemassa yhdistyvät synkronoitujen led-valovanteiden välke, virtaava liike sekä elektro-akustinen äänimaisema. Yhdessä näyttävien pukujen kanssa teos luo miniuniversumin, joka valaisee katsojien mieliä jättäen tilaa tulkinnoille.<br><br></li>\n<li><strong>Klo 19–20 Konsertti: Duo Ohoiva 10 vuotta: Lauluja itsenäisen Suomen rakentajista</strong><br>Lämminhenkinen folk-yhtye Duo Ohoiva kerää talteen tavallisten ihmisten tarinoita ja tekee niistä lauluja. Yhtyeen jäsenet Tero Heinämäki ja Jenni Timonen ovat kiertäneet vuosien ajan palvelukeskuksissa musisoimassa ja keräämässä ikääntyneiden muistoja talteen. Kohtaamisten pohjalta on syntynyt jo kymmeniä folk-henkisiä kappaleita, jotka kertovat tarinoita maailmasta, joka on katoamassa ympäriltämme.<br><br>Kalevan Navetan juhlakonsertissa kuullaan lauluja sekä yhtyeen alkuajoilta että tänä syksynä julkaistavalta tuplasingleltä. Lauluissa kuullaan itsenäisen Suomen rakentajista, työstä, rakkaudesta ja eletystä elämästä.</li>\n</ul>\n",

She will present her book Home – Memories and Songs and the music she created for it for the Lahti Museum's exhibition on the theme of evacuation. The book is based on the Kivimäki family's evacuation diaries, which she received from her grandmother. The Home series was completed with an album released in February 2025.The lecture is in Finnish language.<br><br></li>\n<li><strong>18–18:45 Performance: MoDe – Moving Decos – Space Station</strong><br> Space Station is an audiovisual work that flashes through the emotional roller coaster of three space explorers’ exploration journey. The space station combines the flash of synchronized LED light rings, flowing movement and an electro-acoustic soundscape. Together with the spectacular costumes, the work creates a mini-universe that illuminates the minds of the viewers, leaving room for interpretation.<br><br></li>\n<li><strong>19–20 Concert: Duo Ohoiva – Songs about the builders of an independent Finland </strong><br>The warm-hearted folk band Duo Ohoiva collects the stories of ordinary people and turns them into songs. For years, band members Tero Heinämäki and Jenni Timonen have toured senior homes, playing music and collecting memories of the elderly. Based on their encounters, dozens of folk-inspired songs have already been created, telling stories about the world that is disappearing around us. <br><br>The anniversary concert will feature songs from both the band’s early days and from the double single to be released this fall. "en": "<p><strong>Children’s Short Film Evening, December 18 – A Moment to Pause Before Christmas</strong><br>On Thursday, December 18, a Children’s Short Film Evening will be held in Hugo Hall at the Kalevan Navetta Art and Culture Center. This event, now in its fourth year as part of the nationwide Short Film Day, features a selection of short films specially curated for children. Kids can come and enjoy the screenings with their family or a familiar adult.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Each screening lasts about 25 minutes. Screenings start in Hugo Hall at 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM. Rytmikorjaamolla artisti nähdään itsenäisyyspäivän aattona perjantaina 5.12.2025. Liput keikalle ovat nyt myynnissä.</p>\n<p>Maamme suosituimpiin laulaja-lauluntekijöihin lukeutuva Behm julkaisi huhtikuussa pitkästä aikaa uutta musiikkia. Uusi kappale Kaiken arvoinen on ensimmäinen single artistin tulevalta kolmannelta albumilta. Kappale nousi välittömästi kuulijoiden sydämiin sekä Spotifyn sijalle 2. Nyt jo reilusti yli kultaa striimannut kappale on saanut osakseen laajaa radiosoittoa ja se löytyykin tällä hetkellä virallisen radiolistan viiden soitetuimman kappaleen joukosta.</p>\n<p>Historiallisen menestynyt Behm julkaisi vuonna 2020 nyt jo reilusti yli 135 miljoonaa eli huimat lähes seitsemänkertaista platinaa striimanneen debyyttialbuminsa Draaman kaari viehättää. Albumi on palkittu yhteensä peräti kahdeksalla Emmalla ja se oli kahtena vuotena peräkkäin vuoden myydyin albumi. "fi": "<p>TikTokissa ilmiöityneen Sisko-singlen maaliskuussa julkaissut ihastuttava duo emma & matilda lähtee lokakuun alussa syyskiertueelle ja saapuu Seinäjoelle Kalevan Navettaan torstaina 27. marraskuuta. Keikalla tullaan kuulemaan duon rakastetuimpia hittejä sekä uusia kappaleita, joita kaksikko valmistelee parhaillaan tulevalle debyyttialbumilleen. Liput syyskiertueelle ja Seinäjoen keikalle tulevat myyntiin keskiviikkona 16.4.2025 klo 9:00.</p>\n<p><em>- Syksyllä soitetaan meidän tähän mennessä isoin kiertue ja ollaan siitä tosi innoissamme! Kokoonpano kasvaa yhden tyypin verran ja soitetaan tosi paljon uusia lauluja. Keikat on meidän bändin yksi kulmakivistä ja on aina yhtä liikuttavaa, miten biisit herää ihan eri tavalla eloon livenä. Yhdessä yleisön kanssa saadaan aina luotua tosi ainutlaatuinen tunnelma, jossa on helppo heittäytyä tunteen vietäväksi. Ei malteta odottaa syksyä ja että päästään taas näkemään teitä”, duo kertoo.</em></p>\n<p>Nousukiidossa oleva emma & matilda -duo on julkaissut kaksi menestyksekästä EP:tä Siellä on kaikki niin ihanaa ja Toinen vuosi. Duo on kerännyt kuusi Emma-ehdokkuutta ja kaksikon toinen osapuoli, Emma Johansson, palkittiin tänä vuonna Vuoden Musiikintekijänä Emma Gaalassa.
