"fi": "<p>Tervetuloa \"Stressin hallinta maataloustyössä\" -koulutuksiin Seinäjoella sekä etänä 12.3.2025!</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Koulutuksissa opit käytännön työkaluja työmäärän tasapainottamiseen ja stressinhallintaan. Keskustelemme siitä, kuinka tärkeää on huolehtia sekä fyysisestä että henkisestä hyvinvoinnista ja miten löytää tasapaino hektisessä maataloustyössä. Tapahtumat pitävät sisällään asiantuntijaluentoa sekä keskusteluja. Tapahtuma sopii erityisesti sinulle, joka työskentelet maatilalla tai olet kiinnostunut maatilayrittäjyydestä ja työhyvinvoinnin edistämisestä. Järjestämme neljä samansisältöistä tapahtumaa, joista yksi Kurikassa, yksi etänä, yksi Seinäjoella ja yksi Kuortaneella. Valitse näistä itsellesi sopiva toteutus! Tapahtuman asiantuntijana toimii työhyvinvoinnin yliopettaja Kaija Loppela SeAMKilta. Koulutus pidetään <strong>la 8.3.2025 klo 10–14 Seinäjoen kaupunginkirjaston Jaaksi-salissa</strong> (osoite Alvar Aallon katu 14 Seinäjoki).</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Etelä-Pohjanmaan kotiseutu- ja museoyhdistys on päättänyt lähteä yhteistyökumppaniksi Keski-Pohjanmaan siirtolaisuushankkeeseen. Keski-Pohjanmaalla työtä siirtolaisuuden tallentamisen, tutkimisen ja julkaisutyön parissa on tehty jo useita vuosia. Koulutuksessa saamme opastusta siirtolaisuuden tallennustyöhön ja kuulemme keskipohjalaisten kokemuksia työstä siirtolaisuusteeman parissa. Siirtolaisuushanke kokoaa ja digitoi siirtolaisuuteen liittyvää aineistoa (haastattelut, tarinat, valokuvat, kirjeet yms.). Sähköinen aineisto kootaan yhteen ja yhteinen verkkosivusto toimii yhteistyöfoorumina niin maakunnallisella, kansallisella kuin kansainväliselläkin tasolla. Kerättyä aineistoa voidaan käyttää muun muassa tutkimukseen, julkaisuihin ja näyttelyihin.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Pyrimme saamaan maakuntaan pitäjäkohtaisia siirtolaisuusryhmiä. Kokoa oma porukka ja lähde mukaan! Mukaan lähteminen ei edellytä jäsenyyttä kotiseutuyhdistyksissä. Tärkeintä on innostus ja kiinnostus siirtolaisuuteen.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Keski-Pohjanmaan siirtolaisuushankkeen sivusto tarjoaa erittäin paljon tietoja ja aineistoa. Artistin terävät sanoitukset läpäisevät jopa paatuneimmankin hoppipoliisin suojakilven.
