"fi": "<p>Rumpali Jaska Lukkarisen uusi sooloprojekti One For Joe on kunnianosoitus jazzrumpali Philly Joe Jonesille, joka tunnetaan parhaiten Miles Davis Quintetin rumpalina 1955–58. Konsertissa kuullaan pääasiassa kuitenkin Jonesin muille artisteille, kuten Freddie Hubbardille, Donald Byrdille ja J.R.Montroselle vuosina 1956–61 levyttämää musiikkia. Esitettävät kappaleet sisältävät inspiroivia melodisia ja rytmisiä elementtejä, jotka rakentavat siltaa 1950-luvulta tähän päivään.</p>\n<p>Philly Joe Jones tunnetaan yhtenä hard bop -aikakauden käytetyimmistä säestäjistä. One For Joe liittyykin olennaisesti Lukkarisen omaan taiteelliseen tohtorintutkintoon, jossa keskiössä on rumpalin säestys ja tavat luoda musiikillista energiaa. Lukkarisen tarkoituksena ei ole kuitenkaan kopioida Jonesin soittoa, vaan projektissa hyödynnetään Jonesin keinoja luoda rytmistä pidätys-purkaus-liikettä. Musiikillisesti One For Joe on ainutlaatuinen suomalaisella jazzkentällä juuri Lukkarisen Philly Joe Jones -tuntemuksen ja esitettävän materiaalin vuoksi.</p>\n<p>Konsertti tarjoaa vääjäämätöntä svengiä, energistä säestystä ja mielikuvituksellista solismia sekä yhteissoittoa 1950-luvusta inspiroituen. Pandoran Kolmekymppiset kiertue starttaa juhlakonsertilla Helsingin Musiikkitalolta 23. syyskuuta 2023 ja kiertää sen jälkeen läpi Suomen. Kiertueella mukana myös tuttu rytmiryhmä Waldo’s People sekä paikkakunnittain vaihtuva DJ. On tullut aika toteuttaa toteutumattomat unelmat - Pandora</p>\n<p>PANDORA (SWE)</p>\n<p>Pandora, eli Anneli Magnusson, tunnetaan genrensä edelläkävijänä. Hän nousi nopeasti kansainväliseen suosioon 90-luvun alussa, ja lukeutuu nykyään Ruotsin kansainvälisesti myydyimpiin sooloartisteihin.</p>\n<p>Siitä ei koskaan ollut varsinaista epäilystä, että Anneli Magnusson päätyisi musiikkialalle. Kukaan ei kuitenkaan olisi osannut arvata genreä – techno/eurodance. Kun hän aloitti musiikillisen matkansa nuorena laulajana/lauluntekijänä Ruotsissa kantritunnelma ja erityinen rakkaus amerikkalaista folkmusiikkia kohtaan oli niin ilmeistä.</p>\n<p>Hänen läpimurtonsa tapahtui Ruotsissa sekä Suomessa ja muualla maailmassa heti ensimmäisen singlen ”Trust Me” julkaisuvuonna 1993. Siitä tuli kyseisenä vuonna myydyin single Ruotsissa ja se teki Pandorasta ”genrensä pioneerin”. Tämä oli Pandoran kansainvälisen uran alku, ja hän julkaisi hittisinglen toisensa jälkeen. Euroopan, Aasian ja Australian listoilla soivat useat kappaleet, kuten ”Trust me”, ”One of us”, “Tell the world”, “Don’t you know”, “A little bit”, “Come on and do it”, “Don’t worry”, “Smile n’ shine”, “This could be heaven” vain muutamia mainitaksemme. Kuusi näistä singleistä löytyi Euroopan Top 100:ssa, yhteensä 6 miljoonaa myytyä levyä, joista 21 on myynyt kultaa ja osa platinaa.</p>\n<p>Mainitsemisen arvoinen on “Let your spirit fly” virallinen saksalainen Naganon talviolympialaisten teemakappale 1998 ja Pandoran uusin singlen MORE, toinen Pandoran olympiayhteistyönsä 2021 Helsingissä salibandyn MM-kisoissa Every Green In May ja TAKOMO kanssa.</p>\n<p>WALDO’S PEOPLE</p>\n<p>HITTEJÄ KOLMELTA VUOSIKYMMENELTÄ</p>\n<p>Vuosi 2023 on iso vuosi bändille, onhan tämä rytmiryhmä kiertänyt maailmaa jo kunniakkaat 28 vuotta. Uutta materiaaliakin on luvassa! Esimakua saatiin jo joulukuussa julkaistulla Life Is Now singlellä joka on striimannut jo yli puoli miljoonaa ensimmäisten viikkojen aikana.</p>\n<p>Keikkasetti on täynnä hittejä ja listaykkösiä kolmelta vuosikymmeneltä ja ei ole ihmekkään että bändi striimaa edelleen huikeita määriä suoratoistopalveluissa. Kymmeniä miljoonia striimejä Spotifyssa ja You Tubessa.</p>\n<p>Waldo on tehnyt läpimurron myös radiossa. Radio Novalla lauantaisin herran isännöimä Waldon Lauantailöylyt on yksi maan kuunnelluimmista ja suosituimmista ohjelmista.</p>\n<p>Waldo: ”Tämä vuosi tulee olemaan yksi tärkeimmistä. On meinaan aikamoisia bileitä saatu aikaiseksi 28 vuoden aikana, Jos jotain tehdään niin tehdään sitten kunnolla”</p>\n<p>OSTBASS<br>Ostbass on salaperäinen ja energinen musiikkikaksikko, joka on omistautunut luomaan upeita tanssikokemuksia yökerhoissa, festareilla, after ski -bileissä ja opiskelijajuhlissa. Ostbassin ainutlaatuinen musiikkityyli on fuusio ysäristä, millenniumin saundista ja tämän päivän laadukkaasta tanssimusiikista, mikä luo vastustamattoman tanssittavan tunnelman.</p>\n<p>Nimi ”Ostbass” tarkoittaa vapaasti suomennettuna ”juustobassoa”, mikä kuvastaa heidän pyrkimystään tarjota juustoista bassosaundia. Tämä saa subbarit väräjämään äärirajoillaan ja lahkeet lepattamaan, olitpa sitten kotona, autossa tai yökerhossa.</p>\n<p>Ostbass-kaksikko koostuu DJ JuustoJyystöstä ja MC BassoRotasta, jotka yhdessä luovat unohtumattomia musiikkihetkiä, jotka saavat ihmiset ympäri Suomea tanssimaan ja nauttimaan yhdessä. Testillä on helppo seurata mm. lihaskuntoharjoittelun edistymistä, kuten lihasmassan määrää suhteessa rasvamassaan. Seinäjoen Taiteilijaseuran Cuckoo’s Nest taiteilijaresidenssi järjestää taiteilijatapaamisen.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Residenssitaiteilija Paul Antick kertoo Seinäjoella kuvatun videoprojektinsa Open Unit tekemisestä. Open Unit (avoin yksikkö) on tarina kuvitteellisesta hahmosta nimeltään Smith. Tarinassa Smith on ollut potilaana Törnävän psykiatrisessa sairaalassa Seinäjoella vuonna 1981. Cuckoo's Nest Artist Residency of Seinäjoki Artists' Association organizes an artist talk event.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Resident artist Paul Antick will discuss the making of his new video project Open Unit, which was shot on location in Seinäjoki. Open Unit is a story about an emphatically fictional character called Smith. In 1981 Smith was a patient at Törnävä Psychiatric Hospital in Seinäjoki. He stayed in one of the hospital’s open units. According to the Törnävä Hospital Museum (2023), ‘In open units, patients had the freedom to venture outside…’ Open Unit is a short film about what happened when Smith did that. </p>\n<p></p>\n<p>The event is in English.
