"fi": "<p>Oletko viime aikoina pysähtynyt pohtimaan, mikä olisi seuraava askel urallasi? Moni kokee jossain vaiheessa työelämässä hetken, jolloin oma suunta kaipaa kirkastamista. Työelämän muutokset tai oma elämäntilanne voivat herättää kysymyksiä omasta osaamisesta, motivaatiosta ja siitä, mitä kohti haluaisi seuraavaksi kulkea. </p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Tässä urasparrauksessa tarkastellaan omaa suuntaa psyykkisen valmennuksen näkökulmasta. Tilaisuus järjestetään livetapahtumana, jossa jäsennetään omaa osaamista ja vahvuuksia sekä pohditaan, millaisia mahdollisuuksia ne voivat avata seuraavassa uravaiheessa. Saat näkökulmia ja käytännöllisiä työkaluja oman tilanteen tarkasteluun sekä oivalluksia siitä, miten omaa suuntaa voi lähteä kirkastamaan. </p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Tapahtuma sopii erityisesti sinulle, joka </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Olet urasi tai elämäsi siirtymävaiheessa </li>\n<li>Pohdit muutosta työelämässä Haluat tunnistaa vahvuutesi </li>\n<li>Kaipaat uusia näkökulmia oman suunnan pohtimiseen </li>\n</ul>\n<p>Tilaisuus tarjoaa näkökulmia seuraaviin teemoihin: </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Selkeyttä omaan osaamiseen ja motivaatioon </li>\n<li>Uusia näkökulmia oman urasuunnan pohtimiseen </li>\n<li>Oivalluksen siitä, että selkeys syntyy toimimalla Rohkeutta ottaa seuraava askel eteenpäin </li>\n</ul>\n<p>Luennoitsijana toimii psyykkinen valmentaja Anu Liimola, joka työskentelee identiteetin, suunnan ja kestävän muutoksen parissa. Hänen lähestymistapansa on käytännöllinen, oivalluttava ja lempeän haastava. Kalevan Navetalle saapuu puhumaan Arttu Seppälä, joka tunnetaan <em>Diili</em>-kilpailun voittajana, Pöyrööt-sarjakuvan käsikirjoittajana sekä entisenä ammattiurheilijana.</p>\n<p>Tapahtuman toisessa osiossa osallistujat pääsevät mukaan humoristiseen ja toiminnalliseen kilpailuun. Kilpailu suoritetaan pareittain, ja reitti koostuu erilaisista vihjeistä ja rasteista, jotka sijoittuvat Seinäjoen keskustan alueelle.
