Lisäksi käsitellään osakkaan maksuvaikeudet ja maksukyvyttömyysmenettelyt sekä isännöinnin ammattitutkinnon perusteita.</p>\n<p>Tilaisuus tarjoaa ajankohtaista tietoa, käytännön näkökulmia sekä mahdollisuuden keskustella alan asiantuntijoiden kanssa. Matkalla kuullaan tarinoita vanhasta huvittelupaikasta Myllysaaresta pommikuoppineen, nähdään saarella sijaitseva arboretum ja kauniita puistoja niin joen kuin Pajuluoman varrella. Kävelymatka on noin 3 km. Matkalla kuullaan tarinoita vanhasta huvittelupaikasta Myllysaaresta pommikuoppineen, nähdään saarella sijaitseva arboretum ja kauniita puistoja niin joen kuin Pajuluoman varrella. Kävelymatka on noin 3 km. Koe historian havinaa Seinäjoen rautatiesasemalla 1800-luvulta tähän päivään sekä mielenkiintoisia tarinoita eri rakennuksista mm. vanhasta vesitornista Hotelli-ravintola Almaan. Liput 10 €.</p>\n<p>Lähtö: Opastus alkaa ”Tuolta se tulee, tuolta se tulee”-patsaalta uuden rautatieaseman edestä (Ruukintie 2) ja päättyy Hotelli-Ravintola Alman pihaan (Ruukintie 4).<br><br>Opastuksen kesto noin 1,5h, kävelyä maksimissaan 1 km.</p>\n<p>Reitti on esteetön.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Liput: Liput Seinäjoen Oppaiden verkkokaupasta</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Osta lippusi ennakkoon verkkokaupasta 10 €/aikuinen.
