"fi": "<p>Japani kiehtoo mielikuvitustamme tavalla, mihin mikään muu maa tai kulttuuri ei pysty. Monet suomalaiset taiteilijat ovat matkustaneet maassa, opiskelleet Japanin perinteisiä taidemuotoja ja inspiroituneet sen ainutlaatuisesta hengestä. Lapuan taidemuseossa syyskuussa 2025 avautuvassa näyttelyssä kuusi eturivin taiteilijaa tähyää itäiseen horisonttiin. Näyttelyn antiikkiset ukiyo-e puupiirrokset tarjoavat myös näyttelyvieraalle kurkistusikkunan vanhan Japanin hurmaaviin maisemiin.</p>\n<p>Näyttelyssä siltoja ja solmukohtia Japanin ja Suomen välille punovat keraamikko <strong>Ulla Fogelholm</strong>, kuvataiteilija <strong>Anita Jensen</strong>, taidegraafikot <strong>Inari Krohn, Kari Laitinen</strong> ja <strong>Tuula Moilanen</strong> sekä kuvanveistäjä <strong>Jarmo Vellonen</strong>. Näyttelyn ukiyo-e puupiirrokset ovat Tuula Moilasen kokoelmasta. Näyttelyn kuraattorina toimii taidehistorioitsija, FT <strong>Irene Wai Lwin Moe</strong>.</p>\n<p>Taidemuseon on avoinna:</p>\n<p>ke-pe klo 11-17 ja la klo 11-15.</p>\n",

Tarinoita, joissa yhdistyvät kaiken läpäisevä toivo ja rakkaus. </p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Laulaja-lauluntekijä Eva Vikman sekä kitaristi Teemu Rämö kokoavat yhteen rakastetuimmat jouluklassikot sekä lempeät uutuudet koskettavan tunnelmalliseksi konserttikokonaisuudeksi. Samalla ensiesityksensä saa kaksikon yhdessä kirjoittama, joulukuun alussa julkaisunsa saava Joulun lupaus -kappale. </p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Eva Vikman on upeaääniseksi ja vangitsevan läsnäolevaksi luonnehdittu laulaja sekä valtakunnallisissa sävellys- ja sanoituskilpailuissa palkittu lauluntekijä. Aktiivisesti Suomea kiertävän artistin musiikissa popin, jazzin ja iskelmän elegantti estetiikka punoutuu myötätuntoisiin pohdintoihin ihmisyydestä. Teemu Rämö on kansainvälisesti vaikuttanut kitaravirtuoosi, lauluntekijä ja musiikin maisteri, joka on sovittanut kappaleet konsertissa kuultaville akustiselle ja 7-kieliselle kitaralle.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Yhteistyössä Eva Vikman, Teemu Rämö ja Seinäjoen kaupunginkirjasto.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Apila-kirjasto, Lukuportaikko, Alvar Aallon katu 14.</p>\n",

Johtaminen muuttuu.</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Johtamisen aika -foorumi</strong> järjestetään 11.11.2025 Kauhajoella <strong>IKH-Areenalla</strong>, ja se kokoaa yhteen johtavassa asemassa toimivat ja johtajuudesta kiinnostuneet tärkeän asian äärelle, millaista on vaikuttava ja innostava johtaminen tämän päivän työelämässä.</p>\n<p>Foorumissa käsitellään johtamisen eri näkökulmia ajankohtaisella otteella ja innostavalla tavalla. Valtavalla nopeudella muuttuvassa maailmassa korostuu entistä enemmän taito johtaa ihmisiä. Alueellamme kilpailu hyvistä työntekijöistä on kovaa, miten voimme hyvällä johtamisella saavuttaa kilpailuetua ja kasvua.</p>\n<p>Ensimmäistä kertaa Kauhajoella järjestettävä foorumi on ainutlaatuinen mahdollisuus päästä kuulemaan innostavia puhujia, verkostoitumaan ja keskustelemaan alueen johtavassa asemassa toimivien kanssa sekä tuulettamaan ajatuksiaan tämän päivän johtajuuden teemojen äärelle.</p>\n<p>Tilaisuus alkaa kahvitarjoilulla ja inspiroivien puheenvuorojen jälkeen on mahdollisuus jäädä nauttimaan pienistä cocktailpaloista ja keskustelemaan päivän annista rennossa ilmapiirissä.</p>\n<p><strong>Nyt on johtajuuden aika. </strong>Varaa paikkasi syksyn mielenkiintoisimmasta foorumista ja pääset mukaan verkostoitumaan, saamaan uusia oivalluksia sekä kehittämään omaa johtajuuttasi.</p>\n<p>Tilaisuus on maksuton, mutta vaatii ilmoittautumisen tarjoilujen vuoksi.</p>\n<p><h2></h2></p>\n<p><strong>Puhujat:</strong></p>\n<p><h2>Jenni Rajahalme</h2> <h3>Puheenvuoro: Eri sukupolvet työelämässä – Millaisia vuorovaikutuksen ja johtajuuden hurmausliikkeitä tarvitsemme tulevaisuudessa?</h3></p>\n<p>Jenni Rajahalme on inspiroiva puhuja ja viestinnän asiantuntija, joka tuo lavalle huumoria, oivalluksia ja inhimillisyyttä. Yli 20 vuoden kokemus työelämän, viestinnän ja yrittäjyyden kehittämisestä tekee hänestä sukupolvien välisen vuorovaikutuksen todellisen tulkin. Jennin puheissa kuuluu eri sukupolvien ääni – rohkeus kyseenalaistaa, halu ymmärtää ja taito sytyttää. Jenni työskentelee viestintätoimisto Kumppaniassa PR-johtajana. Jennillä on takanaan satoja koulutuksia ja keynote-puheenvuoroja huippupalauttein. Jenni osaa ottaa yleisönsä, hän kylvää huumoria, vaikka aiheena onkin tärkeät ja vakavasti otettavat asiat.</p>\n<p><h2>Juuso Kemi</h2> <h3>Puheenvuoro: Muutoksessa johtaminen ja viestinnän merkitys muutoksen johtamisessa</h3></p>\n<p>Juuso Kemi on luotsannut pienen maakuntalähtöisen luovan toimiston (Staart) vuoden 2023 Suomen luovimmaksi mainostoimistoksi palkinnoilla mitattuna. Nykyisin Make it Simple -toimistoa luotaava intohimoinen luovan työn rakastaja on rakentanut brändejä ja suunnitellut poikkeuksellista markkinointia jo yli kahdenkymmenen vuoden ajan – suurimpana hittinään Porisuhdeneuvoja-kampanja Porin kaupungille.</p>\n<p>Kemi toimii alalla, joka on ollut muutoksessa koko hänen uransa ajan – ensin digitalisaation, sitten somen ja tätänykyä AI:n seurauksena. Miten jatkuvassa muutoksessa johdetaan – eli ollaan johtajia muutoksessa, ei muutosjohtajia?</p>\n<p><h2>Taina Rautakoski</h2> <h3>Puheenvuoro: Vastuullisuudesta myyntivaltti</h3></p>\n<p>Taina Rautakoskella on kokemusta yrittäjyydestä oman yrityksen ja yritystoiminnan kouluttajana toimimisen myötä. Häntä innostaa erityisesti kestävä ja vastuullinen liiketoiminta. Hän on toiminut siihen liittyen mm. vastuullisuusasiantuntijana ja kouluttajana. Nykyisin hän työskentelee kestävän kehityksen ja vastuullisen liiketoiminnan lehtorina SEAMKissa.</p>\n<p><h2></h2> <h2>Anu Ora</h2> <h3>Puheenvuoro: Johtajaksi tarina</h3></p>\n<p>Anu Ora on IKH:n uusi toimitusjohtaja, jolla on laaja-alaista kokemusta erilaisista kaupan alan yhtiöistä sekä myös muilta toimialoilta. Rikkautta uralle ovat tuoneet erilaiset omistajarakenteet pörssiyhtiöstä yrittäjävetoisiin tai pääomasijoittajien omistamiin yrityksiin.
