"fi": "<p>Tuhoaako Trump oikeusvaltion?</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Demokratia ja oikeusvaltio liittyvät elimellisesti yhteen, ja olemme tottuneet pitämään niitä itsestäänselvyyksinä läntisen arvoyhteisön maissa. Kuitenkin viimeisen kymmenen vuoden aikana aitojen demokratioiden määrä on vähentynyt, ja demokraattisen oikeusvaltion rakenteita on purettu, ja niitä vastaan hyökätty muun muassa Unkarissa, Turkissa, Israelissa ja viimeksi Yhdysvalloissa. Muutoksen taustalla on oikeistopopulismin vaikutusvallan nousu, joka näkyy myös niissä maissa, jotka ovat olleet vahvimpia demokratioita. Trumpin avaama politiikka, jossa oikeusvaltioon kuuluvia vallanjaon periaatteita koetellaan ennen näkemättömällä tavalla, on voimistanut oikeusvaltioon kohdistuvia uhkia Atlantin molemmin puolin. On aiheellista kysyä, kestääkö demokraattinen oikeusvaltio tässä tilanteessa? Ja miten demokraattista oikeusvaltiota voitaisiin parhaiten puolustaa? "fi": "<p>Kurikan pääkirjastossa näytetään leffoja <strong>joka tiistai klo 17 nuorten osastolla</strong>!</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Leffoja näytetään <strong>pääasiassa lapsille </strong>kevään aikana.</p>\n<p>Seuraa Kurikan pääkirjaston ilmoitustauluja, somea ja nettisivuja saadaksesi tietää, mikä leffa seuraavaksi näytetään.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p><strong>Tulethan ajoissa paikalle.</strong> Leffa alkaa tasan klo 17. Sali rauhoitetaan leffan katseluun klo 17:05 lähtien, jolloin saliin ei enää pääse.<br>Salissa saa syödä omia leffaeväitä.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Leffoja pääsee katsomaan <strong>ikärajat huomioiden (S, K3, K7, K12, K16, K18).</strong> Ikärajasta voidaan joustaa kolme vuotta, mikäli lapsi on aikuisen seurassa. Leffan ikäraja selviää Kurikan pääkirjaston mainostuksesta.</p>\n<blockquote>Elokuvien ikärajat varoittavat lapsen kehitykselle haitallisista sisällöistä. Ne eivät ole suosituksia, eivätkä kerro mille ikäryhmälle ohjelma on suunnattu. Ikärajat perustuvat kuvaohjelmalakiin, jonka tarkoitus on suojella lapsia. Jousto on tarkoitettu lapsen huoltajan harkittavaksi, eikä sitä kannata käyttää automaattisesti. Huoltajan on hyvä huomioida sekä lapsen yksilöllinen kehitys että elokuvan sisältö harkitessaan jouston käyttöä.</blockquote>\n<p></p>\n<p><strong>Leffoja voi myös ehdottaa! Toteutamme toiveet jos vain pystymme.<br>Ehdotetut leffat voivat olla myös muita kuin lastenleffoja!</strong></p>\n<p>Toiveissa on muutamia rajoituksia:<br>Emme näytä K18 leffoja ja leffan tulee olla maksimissaan 2h (120min) pitkä.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p><strong>ILLAN LEFFA:</strong></p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Vuosien ajan kilpikonnaveljekset ovat eläneet suojassa ihmisten maailmalta, mutta nyt he ovat päättäneet valloittaa newyorkilaisten sydämet sankarillisten tekojensa kautta ja tulla hyväksytyiksi tavallisina teini-ikäisinä. "fi": "<p>Ida Nisonen</p>\n<p>ANNA -taidenäyttely</p>\n<p>3.4.-27.4.2025</p>\n<p>Varikkogallerialla</p>\n<p></p>\n<p><strong>Ida Nisosen</strong> näyttely Varikkogalleriassa esittelee hänen uusimman teossarjansa, joka koostuu syanotypiavedoksista kankaalle sekä installaatioista. Teosten keskiössä on naiskeho ilman kasvoja ja raajoja, manipuloituna erilaisilla sidoksilla. Kehot on asetettu voimakkaisiin asentoihin, joissa korostuvat ihon poimut ja puristusjäljet. Näyttelyssä nähdään myös hiillostettuja puuelementtejä, kupariputkea ja kiviä, jotka täydentävät kokonaisuutta.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p><strong>Syanotypia</strong> (blueprint) on historiallinen valokuvamenetelmä, jossa kaliumferrisyanidin ja ammoniumferrisitraatin muodostama valoherkkä liuos reagoi auringon- tai UV-valoon. Herkistämisen jälkeen kuva paljastuu vesipesussa ja saa sille ominaisen, syvän sinisen sävyn. Menetelmän kehitti <strong>Sir John Herschel</strong> (1842), mutta sen vei taiteellisen ja tieteellisen tutkimuksen piiriin <strong>Anna Atkins </strong>(1799–1871), joka kehitti tekniikan huippuunsa. Hänen teoksensa Photographs of British Algae: Cyanotype Impressions (1843–1853) oli ensimmäinen valokuvakirja ja merkittävä edistysaskel valokuvallisessa dokumentoinnissa.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Atkinsin tutkimustyö perustui kasvien keräämiseen, prässäämiseen ja litistämiseen paperin ja lasin väliin – prosessi, joka rinnastuu näyttelyssä naiskehon kontrollointiin ja muokkaamiseen eri aikakausina. Näyttelyn nimi<strong> ANNA</strong> viittaa sekä Anna Atkinsin perintöön että sanan käskymuotoiseen merkitykseen suomen kielessä. Se symboloi kulttuurisia ja sosiaalisia kaksoisstandardeja sekä naiskehoon kohdistuvia vaatimuksia.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p><strong>ANNA</strong> käsittelee naiseuden esittämistä ja vallan kuvastoa historian, lääketieteen, taiteen ja populaarikulttuurin kautta. Syanotypian prosessissa valo ja vesi tekevät naiskehon näkyväksi – aivan kuten naisen keho on ollut historian saatossa jatkuvasti katseen ja määrittelyn kohteena. Atkins dokumentoi kasvit pakottamalla ne tiettyyn muotoon – <strong>ANNA </strong>tekee saman naiskeholle, rinnastaen naisen ja luonnon kohtalon: molemmat ovat olleet katseen ja hallinnan kohteita.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Vöiden ja köysien kiristämät kehot tuovat mieleen korsetit, sidokset ja kulttuuriset paineet, jotka ovat muokanneet naisen ruumista niin konkreettisesti kuin symbolisestikin. Mikael Agricolan ja suomen kielen päivää vietetään 9.4., mutta Kalevan Navetassa otetaan varaslähtö ilmaispäivänä ja Afterwork Art- perjantaina 4.4. klo 17-18. Tule kuuntelemaan lyhyitä introja esillä oleviin näyttelyihin Porin, Salon, Etelä-Pohjanmaan ja Pohjois-Pohjanmaan murteilla. Kukin taidevartti kestää noin 15 minuuttia (lukuun ottamatta poriksi järjestettyä kierrosta, joka saattaa olla lyhyt ja ytimekäs). Vapaa pääsy.
