Kiinnostuneille näytetään erilaisia hyväksi havaittuja työvälineitä ja -menetelmiä.</li>\n<li>Talkoilun lomassa harrastetaan luonnon havainnointia ja lajintunnistusta: Luonnonkukkia, lahopuut ja kolopuut asukkaineen, korkeat kuuset, uhanalaisen hömötiaisen ja myös liito-oravan elinympäristö.</li>\n<li>Lintuhavaintoja kokeneen harrastajan opastuksella.</li>\n<li>Aamupäivän ohjelmaan voi tulla ja mennä liukuvasti, oman aikataulun mukaan. Tai miten ottaa itselleen tilaa keskellä vilkasta yleisömerta Provinssissa ja saada muut mukaan leikkimään ohikulkumatkalla!</em></blockquote>\n<p><h3>Kaupunkileikki Seinäjoella</h3></p>\n<p>Seinäjoen kaupungin kesäkuvataiteilija 2025 Emmi Kairenius on tarkastellut koko kesän ajan Seinäjoen leikkimahdollisuuksia taiteen keinoin ja taltioinut hetket videolle. Emmi Kaireniuksen taiteessa on spontaaniutta, leikkisyyttä ja toistollisia otteita, joita hän oivallisesti hyödyntää tutkiessaan arkista ympäristöä kehollisesti. Videolla vilahtelevat tutut ympäristöt, kuten keskustan kirjasto, asema, kadut, parkkipaikat, Kalevan Navetta ja Provinssi. Tervetuloa katsomaan, miltä kaupungin kanssa leikkivän kesäkuvataiteilijan kesä on näyttänyt!</p>\n<p>Videonäytös on esillä vain perjantaina 1.8. klo 11-19. Vapaa pääsy näytökseen sekä Taidehallin näyttelyihin. Seuraa kesäkuvataiteilijaa sosiaalisen median kanavissa Facebookissa ja Instagramissa <a href=\"https://www.instagram.com/kesakuvataiteilija/\">@kesakuvataiteilija</a> ja @emmikairenius.</p>\n<p><a href=\"https://www.instagram.com/emmikairenius/\">Emmi Kairenius</a> (s. 1993, Sammatti) on Seinäjoen kaupungin yhdeksäs Kesäkuvataiteilija. Työskentelyaika oli tänä vuonna 2.6. – 3.8.2025. Kesän aikana Kairenius toteutti taideprojektin, jossa hän työskenteli Seinäjoen kaupungin virallisena ammattileikkijänä. Kairenius tarkasteli Seinäjoen rakennetun ympäristön leikkimahdollisuuksia kehollisesti osallistuen, eli kaupungin rakenteiden ja elementtien kanssa leikkien. Leikki on Kaireniukselle tapa hahmottaa arjen ympäristö uudella tavalla ja testata vaihtoehtoisia tapoja paikkojen kokemiseen. Kairenius kutsui kokeelliseen leikkiin myös paikallisen yhteisön järjestämällä rakennettuun ympäristöön suuntautuvia, kaikille avoimia leikkiretkiä, sekä projektin dokumentaation videokatselmuksia. Taide- ja kulttuurikeskus Kalevan Navetan yhteyteen avautui heinäkuun ajaksi Kaireniuksen ylläpitämä kaupunkileikkivirasto, joka tarjosi ajankohtaisia leikkivinkkejä kaupungin eri kohteisiin, sekä muita kokeelliseen leikkiin ohjaavia asiantuntijapalveluita. Kesän aikana ammattileikkijä oli mahdollista kohdata leikkiviraston ohella Kalevan Navetan kesätapahtumissa, sekä kaupungilla arjen ympäristöissä.</p>\n<p><a href=\"https://www.instagram.com/p/DLE38-2NKGB/\">Katso videosta otos</a></p>\n<p><h3>Kesäkuvataiteilija–ohjelmasta</h3></p>\n<p>Seinäjoen kaupunki on palkannut vuodesta 2017 lähtien ammattitaiteilijan tai kuvataiteen opiskelijan Kesäkuvataiteilijaksi. Kesäkuvataiteilija tekee taiteellista työtä, joka jollain tavalla näkyy kaupunkilaisille tai osallistaa heitä. Kesäkuvataiteilijan asemapaikka on Seinäjoen taidehalli ja hänellä on käytössään Taidehallin ja kaupungin kulttuuripalveluiden taustatuki. Kesäkuvataiteilijan toteuttamat projektit ja työn muodot lähtevät taiteilijasta itsestään: kunkin Kesäkuvataiteilijan kesä on hänen itsensä näköinen.</p>\n",

Onko nykyrakentamisessa vielä tilaa taiteelliselle ilmaisulle – ja tulisiko sitä olla? Mikä on tänä päivänä luovuuden rooli arkkitehdin työnkuvassa?</p>\n<p>Arkkitehti taiteilijana -näyttely nostaa keskusteluun edellä esitettyjä kysymyksiä esittelemällä neljän nuoren, myös taiteen kentällä toimivan, arkkitehdin työskentelyä.</p>\n<p>Taiteilijoiden arkkitehtitausta ilmenee näyttelyssä monin eri tavoin: tekniikoissa, ilmaisussa, teemoissa ja kysymyksissä – joissain teoksissa suoremmin, joissain hiljaisemmin taustalla. Kaikkia taiteilijoita yhdistää kuitenkin arkkitehdin katse maailmaan, joka ilmenee esimerkiksi empatiana luontoa, rakennettua ympäristöä ja sen käyttäjiä kohtaan. Esillä on sekä perinteisiä että digitaalisia menetelmiä hyödyntäviä teoksia: maalauksia, veistoksia ja äänitaidetta.</p>\n<p>Taiteilijat ovat tavattavissa Aalto-viikonloppuna.</p>\n",
