"fi": "<p>Tervetuloa kuuntelemaan viihdyttäviä hyvinvointiluentoja Alastaipaleen kylätalolle. Kolmena talvisena lauantaina luvassa on pitkän uran neurologian erikoislääkärinä tehneen Ritva Oikarisen kansantajuisia luentoja vaihtuvista aiheista. Ritva muutti viime vuonna Alastaipaleelle ja on omien sanojensa mukaan ”putkiajattelua vieroksuva oman tiensä kulkija”, joten odotettavissa on juurikin hyvinvointiviihdettä ja aiheista pääsee myös keskustelemaan.</p>\n<p>Lauantaina 21.2.2026 järjestetään sarjan toinen tapahtuma, jossa mielenkiintoisena aiheena on <strong>Jaksaminen hermoston kannalta</strong>. Luento alkaa klo 13 ja sitä ennen tarjolla on suolaista ja makeaa purtavaa kahvin ja mehun kera (vapaaehtoinen maksu). Suolaisena purtavana toimii kylätalon pihan kodassa grillattu makkara ja jälkiruokaa voi siirtyä nauttimaan sisätiloihin.</p>\n<p>Samana päivänä kylätalossa on avoimet ovet klo 11-15, jonka aikana voi tutustua esteettömäksi remontoituun taloon. Myös Kansallista hiihtopäivää vietetään kyseisenä lauantaina klo 11-15! Jos lumitilanne sallii, pururadalla voi hiihtää perinteisellä ja luistelutyylillä. Pienimmille lapsille puolestaan on lyhyt hiihtolenkki kaukalossa ja kaikki alle 15-vuotiaat saavat palkinnon! Kirjoita nimesi hiihtopäivävihkoon ja osallistut arvontaan.</p>\n<p>Paikalla on myös koulutettu hieroja / jalkahoitaja Kaisa Kankaanpää Hyvinvointipalvelut Pihlajasta ja häneltä voi varata 45 minuutin hieronta- tai jalkahoitoajan kyseiselle päivälle. Voit jo varata ajan suoraan Kaisalta numerosta 0404132994, valittavissa on aikaväli noin klo 9-16. 45min hoito maksaa 45 euroa, joka maksetaan hoidon yhteydessä Kaisalle (käteinen, kortti, MobilePay).</p>\n<p>Tapahtuma on kaikille avoin eikä osallistuminen maksa mitään.
