"fi": "<p>Näyttelyopastuksella syvennytään <a href=\"https://www.seinajoentaidehalli.fi/valoon-kahlitut/\">Valoon kahlitut -näyttelyyn</a> ja erityisesti näyttelyn keskiössä olevan vaasalaisen valokuvaaja <strong>Julia Widgrénin</strong> (1842 – 1917) elämään ja uraan. Julia Widgrén teki merkittävän uran valokuvaajana ja otti tunnetuimman valokuvansa, Härmän häjyjen <strong>Antti Rannanjärven</strong> ja <strong>Antti Isotalon</strong> kahlekuvan vain 27-vuotiaana. Valoon kahlitut -näyttely yhdistelee historiallista arkistomateriaalia ja nykytaiteilijoiden teoksia, piirtäen esiin kiinnostavan kokonaisuuden Widgrénistä, kuuluisasta häjykuvasta ja laajemmin naisten asemasta 1800-luvulla nykypäivän silmin katsottuna.</p>\n<p><strong>Anne Puumala</strong> (s. 1976, Seinäjoki) on palkittu toimittaja, joka on erikoistunut narratiiviseen journalismiin ja historiallisiin aiheisiin erityisesti Pohjanmaan alueella. Anne Puumala on tehnyt näyttelyä varten laajan taustatyön, jossa hän on tutkinut Julia Widgrénin elämää. Kerro minulle Juliasta -näyttelykierroksella hän kertoo paitsi Juliasta, myös kuuluisasta häjykuvasta. Mukana kierroksella on myös Taidehallin opas.</p>\n<p>Kierros järjestetään Vintillä ilmaispäivänä perjantaina 7.3. klo 17.30. Kierroksen kesto on noin 1 tunti. Vapaa pääsy.</p>\n",

"fi": "<p><strong>Alajärven keskustan ja Pynttärin osayleiskaava 2035</strong></p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Alueidenkäyttölain 62 §:n mukaisesti kuulutetaan Alajärven keskustan ja Pynttärin osayleiskaavan kaavaehdotuksen nähtäville asettamisesta. Yleiskaavan tarkoituksena on yhdyskuntarakenteen ja maankäytön yleispiirteinen ohjaaminen sekä toimintojen yhteen sovittaminen. Osayleiskaava laaditaan oikeusvaikutteisena (AKL § 42) siten, että se ohjaa asemakaavoitusta.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Osayleiskaava-alue sijoittuu Alajärven keskustaan ja Pynttärin alueelle. Osayleiskaava laaditaan pitkän ajan tähtäimellä siten, että laadittava yleiskaava ohjaisi maankäyttöä vuoteen 2035 saakka. Osayleiskaavan tärkeimpinä tavoitteina on osoittaa Alajärven keskustan läheisyyteen uudet omakotirakentamiseen soveltuvat alueet sekä muut asumisen alueet, teollisuuden laajennusalueet, kaupallisten toimintojen alueet sekä palvelujen alueet. Lisäksi tutkitaan liikenneverkon ja virkistysalueverkoston kehittämistarpeet. Suunnittelualueen pinta-ala on noin 1745 ha.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Kuulutus on nähtävillä kaupungin virallisella ilmoitustaululla sekä kaupungin kotisivuilla osoitteessa www.alajarvi.fi 26.2.–28.3.2025 välisen ajan.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Yleiskaavan ehdotusvaiheen asiakirjat pidetään AKL 65 §:n ja MRA 19 §:n mukaisesti virallisesti <strong>nähtävillä kuulemista varten 26.2.–28.3.2025</strong> (30 vrk) välisen ajan Alajärven kaupunginkirjastossa (Kirkkotie 7) sekä kaupungin kotisivuilla <ins>www.alajarvi.fi</ins> (Asuminen ja ympäristö > Kaavoitus ja maankäyttö > Vireillä olevat kaavat).</p>\n<p></p>\n<p><strong>Yleisötilaisuus</strong></p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Kaavaa koskeva <strong>yleisötilaisuus järjestetään Alajärven kaupungintalon valtuustosalissa (Alvar Aallontie 1, Alajärvi) torstaina 20.3.2025 klo 17–19</strong>. Tilaisuuteen voi osallistua myös etänä ja osallistuminen tapahtuu <em>Alajärven kaupungin etusivun Alajärven keskustan osayleiskaavan yleisötilaisuus</em>- linkin kautta (www.alajarvi.fi).</p>\n<p></p>\n<p><strong>Muistutusten toimittaminen ja lisätiedot</strong></p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Muistutukset ko. kaavasta tulee toimittaa ennen nähtävilläoloajan päättymistä kirjallisesti 28.3.2025 klo 15.00 mennessä <ins>kirjaamo@alajarvi.fi </ins>tai postitse osoitteella Alajärven kaupunki/Kirjaamo, Alvar Aallon tie 1, 62900 ALAJÄRVI. Myöskään suomalaisten terveystilastot eivät imartele meitä, sillä kuntoilussa ja terveyttä ylläpitävässä liikunnassakin tunnumme olevan selvästi jäljessä muista Pohjoismaista.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Näkemyksiään näistä asioista tulee kaikille kiinnostuneille kertomaan tunnettu kilpaurheilun ja terveysliikunnan asiantuntija, Kuortaneen Urheiluopiston entinen rehtori Jorma Hyytiä, jolla on vuosikymmenten kokemus niin kilpaurheilun maailmasta kuin terveyttä edistävästä kuntoliikunnastakin. Tule kuulemaan ja ehkä haastamaankin Jorman näkemyksiä.
