Ota mukaasi puhdas uima-asu (ei ranta-asuja eikä shortseja) ja pyyhe, tarvittaessa myös hiuslenkki, puhdas uimalakki tai muu päähine (uima-altaille ei saa mennä kuivin hiuksin eikä kuivin/hikisin vartaloin), halutessasi puhtaat uimatossut, uimalasit, oma laudeliina yms. Allastiloissa ei saa kulkea ulkojalkineilla vaan paljain jaloin tai puhtain allastossuin ja uimatossuin. Välineitä voi myös lainata!
