Tästä vuodesta erityisen tekee se, että Kiviristin Suomen sodan muistomerkki täyttää 160-vuotta. </p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Klo 12.30 kunniakäynnillä musiikista vastaa Tasamaan torvet ja Lapua Seura laskee seppeleen.Vierailulle saapuu myös Porin prikaatin kilta, joka kiertää Suomea 65-vuotis juhlavuotensa kunniaksi. Juhlapuheen pitää killan puheenjohtaja, everstiluutnantti evp Seppo Vainio.</p>\n<p>Porin prikaatin kilta on Suomen vanhimpia ja suurimpia maanpuolustuskiltoja. Lapuan taistelu on merkittävä tapahtuma kohta 400 -vuotiaan Porin prikaatin historiassa. Killan ja sen alueosastojen yksi tarkoitus on vaalia Porilaisten historiallisia perinteitä ja porilaishenkeä. Kiviristillä ovat mukana myös Etelä-Pohjanmaan maakuntakomppanian alueosaston edustajat.</p>\n<p>Paikalle saapuu myös Pohjanmaan rykmentin edustajia lippuineen.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Päivän aikana klo 14.00-16.00 tarjolla on myös Lapua 1808 -yhdistyksen Suomen sota -esinenäyttely Vanhan Paukun työkalutehtaan kauppakäytävällä. </p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Aamulla 10.00 tuomiokirkolla juhlajumalanpalvelus ja seppeleenlasku.</p>\n",

Niissä vanhoista radioista on kuulunut asioinnin iloksi monenlaista musiikkia, paikallisista yhtyeistä vanhoihin klassikoihin. Tämä muun muassa Laila ja Olavi -laulukilpailun voittanut laulaja saapuu tulkitsemaan asiaankuuluvia klassikoita Pasi-Pekka Vainionpään kanssa.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Jaloviina-teemaisessa hyysissä on viime aikoina soinut eräs huikea paikallinen folk-yhtye: BILL HOTA, joka saapuu myös tahdittamaan ehtoota! Tämän combon vahvuutena on kärppämäinen notkeus ja nopeus sekä rytminen jäntevyys, mutta se myös tarvittaessa tarjoilee hypnoottista, unetvievää primitiivipoljentoa ääritehokkasti.</p>\n<p>Lisäksi ehtoossa esiintyy yllätysesiintyjä (liittyy perimmäiseen hyysiin).</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Ilta alkaa illallisella, joka noudattaa myös Trahteerin pitkällisiä perinteitä: Trahteerin vanha pari Päivi ja Martti on pyydetty suunnittelemaan menu, jossa mukana klassisia herkkuja vuosien varrelta. Yksi tällainen klassikkokuosi on Kellomäen vuonna 1966 suunnittelema Linssi, joka nähtiin viime vuonna julkistetun adidas x Marimekko -yhteistyömalliston asusteissa.
