"fi": "<p>Mielenrauhan ohjaaja Aira Sahakangas kuuntelee työkseen ihmisten huolia. Näinä aikoina</p>\n<p>pahaa oloa aiheuttavat erityisesti rahan puute, ihmissuhteet, sairaudet, koulukiusaaminen ja sodan pelko. Omat kokemukset ja työ ovat opettaneet Sahakankaalle, että kun ihmisellä on tahto luopua huolistaan ja tuskistaan, on mahdollista löytää rauha riippumatta oman elämänsä ja maailman tilanteesta.</p>\n<p>Sahakangas vierailee 18.4.2024 klo 17.30-19.00 Kurikan kirjastossa. Alustuksen jälkeen osallistujilla on mahdollisuus puhua arjen huolistaan ja saada uusia näkökulmia niistä luopumiseen.</p>\n<p>Sahakangas on 16 vuotta kuunnellut ihmisiä henkilökohtaisesti ja ryhmissä sekä pitänyt luentoja ympäri Suomea. Hän on myös julkaissut kaksi kirjaa Valintana mielenrauha 1 ja 2. Niissä hän kuvaa omilla arjen kokemuksillaan, miten pahasta olosta voi luopua.
