"fi": "<p>Mittaukseen voi osallistua lähes kuka tahansa liikunta-aktiivisuudestaan riippumatta. Mittaustulos saadaan yhdessä minuutissa ja tulokset tulkitaan selkeältä tulosraportilta, jonka asiakas saa mukaansa.</p>\n<p>InBody-mittauksella mitataan kehon vesitasapainoa ja sen muutoksia. Lihas-rasvatasapainossa saadaan selville eri kehonosien, kuten jalkojen, käsien ja keskivartalon tarkat koot ja koostumukset mm. lihas- ja rasvamassan osalta.</p>\n<p>Monipuoliset mittaustulokset viitearvoineen:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kokonaispaino (kg)</li>\n<li>Lihasmassa (kg)</li>\n<li>Rasvakudoksen määrä (kg)</li>\n<li>Rasvaprosentti (%)</li>\n<li>Kehon vesi (L)</li>\n<li>Painokontrollitavoite (kg)</li>\n<li>Lihastasapaino (kädet, jalat ja keskivartalo)</li>\n<li>Segmentaalinen lihasjakauma (kädet, jalat, keskivartalo)</li>\n<li>Perusaineenvaihdunta (kcal)</li>\n<li>Kehon painoindeksi (BMI)</li>\n<li>Segmentaalinen rasvadiagnoosi (kg/%)</li>\n<li>Visceral Fat-arvio (sisäelimien ympärillä olevan rasvan pinta-ala / cm²)</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Laite antaa mm. selkeät ja luotettavat tulokset henkilöiden lihasmassan lisääntymisestä (erittelee raajat ja keskivartalon) ja raajojen lihasmassan mahdollisista puolieroista. Testillä on helppo seurata mm. lihaskuntoharjoittelun edistymistä, kuten lihasmassan määrää suhteessa rasvamassaan.
