Seminaarin teemana on ”<em>Maan sisäinen muuttoliike ja aluekehitys – Seinäjoki ja Etelä-Pohjanmaa”. </em>Puheenvuorot pyrkivät tuomaan uusia näkökulmia maan sisäistä muuttoliikettä ja aluekehitystä koskevaa keskusteluun. Etelä-Pohjanmaalla sijaitseva Seinäjoki onkin maan sisäisen muuttoliikkeen kannalta poikkeuksellinen maakuntakeskus, sillä se on kasvanut joka vuosi tasaisesti jo yli seitsemänkymmentä vuotta. Näin ollen Seinäjoki tarjoaa keskustelulle luontaisen ympäristön.<br> <br>Puheenvuoroissa pureudutaan seuraaviin teemoihin: Miten maan sisäistä muuttoliikettä voidaan ymmärtää perinteisiä veto- ja työntövoimaselityksiä syvällisemmällä tavalla muuttoliikejärjestelmän näkökulmasta? Miten alueellinen resilienssi ja ukrainalaisten vastaanotto liittyvät muuttoliikkeeseen? Miksi maan sisäisellä muuttoliikkeellä on tärkeä merkitys juuri Etelä-Pohjanmaalle? "fi": "<p><h2>Polenta</h2></p>\n<p>Polenta on kolmen viulistin ja yhden kitaristin yhtye, joka soittaa omaa sekä perinteistä pelimannimusiikkia hiki hatussa ja täydellä sydämellä. Yhtyeen esikoisalbumi Kaustinen Turbo, joka julkaistiin syksyllä 2021, koostuu kaustislaisista sävelmistä, jotka ovat Polentan käsittelyssä saaneet uuden ilmeen. Näillä kaustis-tulkinnoilla lohkesi myös Konsta Jylhä -kilpailun voitto vuonna 2019. Ketteränä livebändinä tunnetun Polentan keikat huokuvat välitöntä tunnelmaa ja soittamisen riemua. Uutta kansanmusiikkia raikkaalla ja räväkällä otteella!<br> <br>Aino Kinnunen, viulu<br>Veera Kuisma, 5-kielinen viulu<br>Olli Sippola, 5-kielinen viulu, mandoliini<br>Mikko Malmivaara, kitara</p>\n<p>Polentan keikka on osa Kansanmusiikkiliiton <a href=\"https://kansanmusiikkiliitto.fi/tapahtumat/kiertueet/\"> kevätkiertuetta</a>.</p>\n<p><h2>VIMMA</h2></p>\n<p>VIMMA on seitsemän taitavan helsinkiläismuusikon kollektiivi, joka kirjoittaa musiikkia hektisestä nykymaailmasta, ilmastokriisistä ja luontosuhteesta. Musiikin sävellyksistä vastaa pääasiassa saamelaissyntyinen Pessi Jouste ja solistina toimii nuorta karismaa tihkuva näyttelijä, laulaja, pian myös ohjaajaksi valmistuva Eeva Rajakangas. VIMMAn uusi albumi Tornadon silmässä julkaistiin lokakuussa 2023.
