Reitti menee myös hiekkatietä pitkin, joten reitti ei sovellu maantiepyörille. Pihlajan Kevarissa Jalasjärvellä on omakustanteinen lounastauko, maksaa n. 10 €. Retkiryhmällä on oma huoltoauto mukana.
