"fi": "<p><strong>Kaikille ruoasta kiinnostuneille avoimessa ja maksuttomassa</strong> Tieteellis-gastronomisessa ruokaklubissa eli TG-klubissa keskitytään ruokaan, ruoanlaittoon ja ruoasta nauttimiseen luonnontieteellisestä, kulttuurihistoriallisesta ja gastronomisesta näkökulmasta.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Illat ovat luonteeltaan hyvinkin vapaamuotoisia. Niihin sisältyy aina lyhyt teoreettinen pohjustus valitusta teemasta. Iltojen parasta antia ovat teemaan liittyvät maistelut ja aistinvaraiset arvioinnit, joihin osallistuvat kaikki halukkaat. Arvioinnit johtavat aina polveileviin keskusteluihin ruoasta ja sen moninaisista merkityksistä osana arkea ja juhlaa.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Elintarvikekehityksen Epanet-professori <strong>Anu Hopian </strong>(Turun yliopisto) & kumppaneiden vuosia Helsingissä kokoontunut Tieteellis-gastronominen ruokaklubi laajentui syksyllä 2023 Turkuun ja Seinäjoelle. Seinäjoella käytännön järjestelyistä vastaa Etelä-Pohjanmaan korkeakouluyhdistys ja iltoja emännöi <em>Kaikki äitini reseptit -blogistakin </em>tunnettu <strong>Nanna Rintala</strong>, joka työskentelee Anun tutkimusryhmässä.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Klubi-illat järjestetään kerran kuukaudessa <strong>keskiviikkoisin kello 17–19</strong> samaan aikaan Seinäjoella, Turussa ja Helsingissä. "fi": "<p><strong>Kaikille ruoasta kiinnostuneille avoimessa ja maksuttomassa</strong> Tieteellis-gastronomisessa ruokaklubissa eli TG-klubissa keskitytään ruokaan, ruoanlaittoon ja ruoasta nauttimiseen luonnontieteellisestä, kulttuurihistoriallisesta ja gastronomisesta näkökulmasta.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Illat ovat luonteeltaan hyvinkin vapaamuotoisia. Niihin sisältyy aina lyhyt teoreettinen pohjustus valitusta teemasta. Iltojen parasta antia ovat teemaan liittyvät maistelut ja aistinvaraiset arvioinnit, joihin osallistuvat kaikki halukkaat. Arvioinnit johtavat aina polveileviin keskusteluihin ruoasta ja sen moninaisista merkityksistä osana arkea ja juhlaa.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Elintarvikekehityksen Epanet-professori <strong>Anu Hopian </strong>(Turun yliopisto) & kumppaneiden vuosia Helsingissä kokoontunut Tieteellis-gastronominen ruokaklubi laajentui syksyllä 2023 Turkuun ja Seinäjoelle. Seinäjoella käytännön järjestelyistä vastaa Etelä-Pohjanmaan korkeakouluyhdistys ja iltoja emännöi <em>Kaikki äitini reseptit -blogistakin </em>tunnettu <strong>Nanna Rintala</strong>, joka työskentelee Anun tutkimusryhmässä.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Klubi-illat järjestetään kerran kuukaudessa <strong>keskiviikkoisin kello 17–19</strong> samaan aikaan Seinäjoella, Turussa ja Helsingissä.
