"fi": "<p>Kaikille avoimessa ja maksuttomassa Tieteellis-gastronomisessa ruokaklubissa eli TG-klubissa keskitytään tarkastelemaan ruokaa, ruoanlaittoa ja ruoasta nauttimista luonnontieteellisestä, kulttuurihistoriallisesta ja gastronomisesta näkökulmasta. Iltojen teemat vaihtelevat, <strong>syyskuun tapaamisen aiheena on KAALI.</strong></p>\n<p>Klubi-illoista vastaavat Turun yliopiston Ravitsemus- ja ruokatutkimuskeskus ja Flavoria-tutkimusalusta professori Anu Hopian johdolla. Seinäjoella yhteistyökumppanina on Etelä-Pohjanmaan korkeakouluyhdistys. Tapaamispaikkana on Framin C-siiven 2. kerroksen Timo-luokka.</p>\n<p>Klubi järjestetään samaan aikaan sekä Turussa, Helsingissä että Seinäjoella. Keskustelua kolmen kaupungin välillä käydään etäyhteydellä.</p>\n<p>Illat ovat luonteeltaan hyvinkin vapaamuotoisia, ja niihin sisältyy aina lyhyt teoreettinen pohjustus valitusta teemasta. Iltojen parasta antia ovat teemaan liittyvät maistelut ja aistinvaraiset arvioinnit, joihin osallistuvat kaikki halukkaat. Arvioinnit johtavat aina polveileviin keskusteluihin ruoasta ja sen moninaisista merkityksistä osana arkea ja juhlaa. Klubi-iltojen koosteet julkaistaan jälkikäteen Anu Hopian <a href=\"https://molekyyligastronomia.fi/\">Molekyyligastronomia-blogissa</a>.</p>\n<p>Olit sitten ruoka-alan ammattilainen tai harrastaja, TG-klubi on juuri sinulle. TG-klubi on maksuton, mutta edellyttää ennakkoilmoittautumisen. "fi": "<p>Poetic Power on pitkän linjan basistin ja säveltäjän <strong>Claude Tchamitchianin</strong> vuonna 2019 perustama yhtye, jossa Tchamitchianin rinnalla loistavat Ranskan jazzkentän keskeiset hahmot saksofonisti <strong>Christophe Monniot</strong> ja monta kertaa Seinäjoellakin, mm. Kimmo Pohjosen kanssa soittanut rumpali <strong>Eric Echampard</strong>.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Tchamitchianin tapahtumarikas matka Suomessa kietoutuu tuottaja <strong>Charles Gilin</strong> Vapaat äänet -kiertueiden 30 vuotta sitten alkaneeseen taipaleeseen. Tchamitchian oli mukana ensimmäisellä Vapaat äänet -kiertueella marraskuussa 1996 Yves Robert Quartetin riveissä yhteiskiertueella norjalais-suomalaisen Rollin’ Thunder -yhtyeen kanssa. Tämän jälkeen häntä on kuultu Suomessa vuosien varrella useissa eri kokoonpanoissa, mm. Tampere Jazz Happeningissä vuosina 2000 ja 2011 ja Seinäjoella 2020 Naïssam Jalalin triossa.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Pariisilainen basisti Claude Tchamitchian kuuluu 1990-luvun alussa esiin nousseeseen muusikkosukupolveen, joka määritteli uudelleen ranskalaisen uuden jazzin Louis Sclavisin jalanjäljissä. Saavu paikalle oman aikataulun mukaisesti. Varaa retkeen aikaa noin kaksi tuntia. Nuotiolla on tuli, jossa on mahdollisuus lämmittää eväitä. Miten nämä hetket juurtuvat ympäristöömme, arkeemme ja muistoihimme?</em></blockquote>\n<p>Gabriella Presnalin yhden päivän pop-up näyttely, jossa on esillä veistoksia, videoteos sekä viimeinen rikkomisseremonia Kalevan Navetan sisäpihalla klo 17.30 alkaen.</p>\n<p><h3>Kymmenes Kesäkuvataiteilija</h3></p>\n<p>Kesäkuvataiteilijan kesä on koostunut työhuonetyöskentelystä, osallistavista työpajoista ja yleisötapahtumista, joissa on syntynyt tilaa toiveille, unelmille ja konkreettisille teoille paikallisen ympäristön hyväksi.</p>\n<p>Kesän aikana Presnal on toteuttanut <em>Meadow Pods</em> -taideprojektin, joka koostuu useista ontoista, roikkuvista niittysiemeniä sisältävistä veistoksista. Taiteilijan ohella myös paikallinen yhteisö kutsuttiin tuhoamaan veistokset, jolloin siemenet vapautuvat ympäristöön kaikkien iloksi. Presnal on ollut mukana teoksillaan Provinssissa sekä Taidehallin performanssiklubilla. Veistokset ovat mallinnettu kotoperäisten siementen mukaan, ja niissä on käytetty biokomposiittia, orgaanista materiaalia, joka on hankittu paikallisen yhteisön keräämänä. Itikanmäen naapurusto on kerännyt munankuoria ja kahvipurua taiteilijalle koko heinäkuun ajan. Lisäksi paikalliset leipomot ovat osallistuneet keräykseen. Kulttuuripalveluiden henkilökunta on myös kerännyt koko kesän munankuoria. Kiitos kaikille osallistuneille ja tervetuloa katsomaan näyttelyä.</p>\n<p><h3>Rikkomisseremonia</h3></p>\n<p>to 20.8. klo 17.30</p>\n<p>Projekti ammentaa inspiraatiota useista juhlista, joihin liittyy rikkomista, murtamista tai murskaamista. Meksikolaiset piñatat ja niiden rikkominen on yksi tunnetuimmista rikkomista sisältävistä juhlarituaaleista. Muita tuhoamista tai murskaamista liittyviä juhlatradioita ovat kreikkalaisortodoksiset botides, kiinalainen kansanperinne ”kevään karjan ruoskiminen” (dǎ chūnniú) sekä pohjoiseurooppalaiset juhannusperinteet, kuten keskikesän kerätyt kukat, joiden uskotaan auttavan unelmoimaan tulevasta rakkaudesta. Monet näistä tapahtumista juhlistavat uudistumista, satoa ja luonnon rytmejä.</p>\n<p><em>Meadow Pods</em> -veistokset rikotaan ulkona yhteisesti lyömällä niitä kepillä, jolloin niittysiemenet tippuvat maahan. How do they weave themselves into our environments, daily habits, and our memories?</em></blockquote>\n<p>Come check out Gabriella Presnal’s one-day pop-up exhibition, featuring sculptures, a video installation, and the final breaking ceremony in the courtyard of Kalevan Navetta starting at 5:30 p.m.</p>\n<h3>The tenth Summer Artist</h3>\n<p>The summer artist has consisted of studio work, participatory workshops, and public events that have created space for hopes, dreams, and concrete actions to benefit the local environment.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>During the summer, Presnal has carried out the Meadow Pods art project, which consists of several hollow, hanging sculptures filled with meadow seeds. Along with the artist, the local community was also invited to destroy the sculptures, releasing the seeds into the environment for everyone to enjoy. Presnal has presented her work at Provinssi and at Taidehalli’s performance club. The sculptures are modeled after native seeds and are made of biocomposite, an organic material collected by the local community. The Itikanmäki neighborhood has been collecting eggshells and coffee grounds for the artist throughout the month of July. Local bakeries have also participated in the collection effort. Staff from the department of Cultural Services have been collecting eggshells all summer as well. Thank you to everyone who participated, and welcome to view the exhibition!</p>\n<p></p>\n<h3>Breaking Seremony</h3>\n<p>to 20.8. at 5.30 pm</p>\n<p>The project has been influenced by multiple celebrations that involve breaking, cracking, or smashing. Especially by Mexican piñatas, but similarly, the Greek Orthodox Botides, the Chinese folk ritual “whipping the spring cattle” (dǎ chūnniú), and the foraged flowers of midsummer, which are believed to aid in dreaming of future love. Many celebrate renewal, harvests, growth, and ecological rhythms.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>The Meadow Pods sculptures will be broken by participants hitting them with sticks, causing the meadow seeds to fall to the ground. This act continues a festive tradition: it carries the hope for a better climate as the seeds take root in the local environment.</p>\n"

Norjalais-ranskalaisen yhteistyön pohjalta muodostunut T.I.M. esittää kiehtovaa kokeellista musiikkia folkin hengessä.</p>\n<p>Joakim Berghällin ja Adele Saurosin duokonsertissa kuultavat sävellykset ovat peräisin Berghällin yhdeltä istumalta soittamasta sooloimprovisaatiosta. Musiikki sai alkunsa, kun Berghäll luki maailman eri kriisialueilla elävien kirjailijoiden sodanvastaisia runoja. Syntyi duon albumi ”<em>Runoja rauhalle – Poems for Peace</em>”. Tämän rohkean puheenvuoron saamme kuulla Seinäjoella Kalevan Navetassa.</p>\n<p><strong>T.I.M. (Norja, Ranska): </strong>Kiehtova minimalistinen vaellus folkin ja improvisaation rajamailla</p>\n<p><strong>Karoline Wallace</strong> – laulu, nauhat<br> <strong>Inger Hannisdal Hardinger</strong> – viulu, viulu, laulu<br> <strong>Sébastien Palis</strong> – piano, syntetisaattori, säv.<br> <br> <strong>Ranskalainen Sébastien Palis</strong> on esiintynyt ympäri maailmaa ja käynyt useampia kertoja myös Suomessa, Seinäjoellakin ylistetyn jazzkvintetti Papanoshin kanssa. Palis kohtasi norjalaiset avantgarde-muusikot <strong>Karoline Wallacen</strong> ja <strong>Inger Hannisdal Hardingerin,</strong> joille hän kuvitteli musiikin: Polku valon ja varjon, akustisen ja elektronisen välillä, kansanlauluja, improvisaatiota, vaihtelua satunnaisuudesta, muistista ja sen hajoamisesta. Tekstit leikkivät lapsuuden ilmeellä.</p>\n<p>Trio on tehnyt yhteistyötä jo jonkin aikaan. Norjalaistaiteilijat hakevat vaikutteita skandinaavisen kansanperinteen, nykymusiikin ja vapaan improvisaation lähteistä yhdistyen ovelasti Sébastien Palisin sävellyksiin.
