"fi": "<p><strong>Digipanikoijasta digiosaajaksi</strong></p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Kun asenne digitekemistä kohtaan muuttuu myönteiseksi, osaaminen kehittyy, työhyvinvointi lisääntyy ja työurat pitenevät.</p>\n<p>Tässä koulutuskokonaisuudessa:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Osallistujat ymmärtävät miksi digi saattaa näyttäytyä mörkönä ja miten mörkö selätetään.</li>\n<li>Osallistujat saavat konkreettisia työkaluja, jotka auttavat suhtautumaan digiin rennosti ja ehkäisemään kuormittumista.</li>\n<li>Osallistujat tunnistavat oman työn kannalta olennaiset digityökalut ja kuinka työyhteisössä voidaan tukea toinen toista digiviidakossa.</li>\n<li>Osallistujat pääsevät käyttämään vuorovaikutteisen osallistumisen työkalua Mentimeteriä (ohjeet saat ennen koulutusta, opastetaan). Saat myös kurkistukset Teamsin käyttöön, ruuduntallenusohjelma Screen Paliin ja interaktiivisia kuvia ja videoita luovaan ThingLinkiin.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Kenelle?</strong> Koulutuskokonaisuus soveltuu johtajille, esihenkilöille, HR-ammattilaisille – tarkemmin ajatellen ihan meille kaikille digitalisaation pyörteissä ihmetteleville. Pääkohderyhmänä ovat konkariosaajat yrittäjinä, työnantajina ja työntekijöinä.</p>\n<p><strong>Keneltä?</strong> Kouluttajat Sanna-Riikka Valtonen ja Pirkko Tavaila. "fi": "<p><strong>Digipanikoijasta digiosaajaksi</strong></p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Kun asenne digitekemistä kohtaan muuttuu myönteiseksi, osaaminen kehittyy, työhyvinvointi lisääntyy ja työurat pitenevät.</p>\n<p>Tässä koulutuskokonaisuudessa:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Osallistujat ymmärtävät miksi digi saattaa näyttäytyä mörkönä ja miten mörkö selätetään.</li>\n<li>Osallistujat saavat konkreettisia työkaluja, jotka auttavat suhtautumaan digiin rennosti ja ehkäisemään kuormittumista.</li>\n<li>Osallistujat tunnistavat oman työn kannalta olennaiset digityökalut ja kuinka työyhteisössä voidaan tukea toinen toista digiviidakossa.</li>\n<li>Osallistujat pääsevät käyttämään vuorovaikutteisen osallistumisen työkalua Mentimeteriä (ohjeet saat ennen koulutusta, opastetaan). Saat myös kurkistukset Teamsin käyttöön, ruuduntallenusohjelma Screen Paliin ja interaktiivisia kuvia ja videoita luovaan ThingLinkiin.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Kenelle?</strong> Koulutuskokonaisuus soveltuu johtajille, esihenkilöille, HR-ammattilaisille – tarkemmin ajatellen ihan meille kaikille digitalisaation pyörteissä ihmetteleville. Pääkohderyhmänä ovat konkariosaajat yrittäjinä, työnantajina ja työntekijöinä.</p>\n<p><strong>Keneltä?</strong> Kouluttajat Sanna-Riikka Valtonen ja Pirkko Tavaila.
