Konserteissa myös laulavan Jounin samettinen ääni ja mukaansatempaavat juonnot vievät kuulijan koko tunneskaalan läpi.</p>\n<p>Upeaääninen Anna-Claudia Somero valmistui Kuopion musiikkiopistosta pääaineenaan poikkihuilu. Laulajana hän on synnynnäinen esiintyjä, jolla on luontaista karismaa ja kykyä eläytyä laulujen tulkintaan. "fi": "<p>Kehorytmiikka-työpaja järjestetään pe 7.7. klo 19–20 Lappajärven Kivitipun ryhmäliikuntatilassa (kellarikerros). Kehorytmiikka on musiikillista ilottelua kehon ääntä käyttäen. Työpajassa soitetaan omaa kehoa yhdessä ryhmän kanssa. Kehorytmiikassa musisoidaan muun muassa taputtamalla, tömistelemällä, napsuttelemalla ja halutessaan myös ääntä käyttämällä. Kehorytmiikka on laajalti käytössä oleva kansanperinne, joka on levinnyt Suomeen Oseaniasta ja Afrikasta. Keho on soitin, joka kulkee jokaisella aina mukana. Soittimesta saa monenlaisia ääniä ja erilaisten rytmikudosten avulla luodaan yhtenäinen musiikillinen kokonaisuus.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Työpaja sopii kaikille eikä aiempaa musiikillista osaamista tarvita. Mukaan voit ottaa vesipullon ja iloisen, uteliaan mielen. Kehoa ja ääntä kohdellaan lempeän kunnioittavasti. Työpajan harjoitteet tehdään aina jokaisen omien taitojen puitteissa omaa kehoa kuunnellen. Työpajan ohjaa musiikkikasvattaja Maija Perälä.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Tapahtuma on Kulttuuriyhdistys Karikko ry:n Karikko-viikon ohjelmaa. Tapahtumaan on vapaa pääsy ja se on avoin kaikille. </p>\n",

"fi": "<p>Naurujooga on intialaisen lääkäri Madan Katarian kehittämä menetelmä, jolla pyritään edistämään terveyttä nauramalla erilaisten harjoitusten avulla. </p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Karikko-viikon ohjelmassa Kulttuuriyhdistys Karikikko ry:n tuottamana on tiistaina 4.7. on tarjolla naurujoogaa klo 19–20 Lappajärven Kivitipun ryhmäliikuntatilassa (kellarikerros). Ryhmässä nauru tarttuu ja ilo moninkertaistuu. Naurujooga tarjoaa sosiaalisen, myönteisyyttä ja iloa edistävän kohtauspaikan arjen keskelle. Toiminta on yksinkertaista: naurujoogassa nauramme ilman syytä, haemme nauruamme leikkimielisillä nauruharjoituksilla ja teemme yksinkertaisia syvähengitysharjoituksia. Lopussa on vapaan naurun aika ja rentoutus.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Naurujooga-tuokio on kaikille avoin ja maksuton tapahtuma. Mukaan tarvitset juomapullon, jumppapatjan, kevyen peiton ja uteliaan asenteen. Mukaan mahtuu 10 ensimmäistä tulijaa. Naurujoogan ohjaa teatteri-ilmaisun ohjaaja, naurujoogaohjaaja Katja Kujala.</p>\n",
