"fi": "<p>Järjestämme yhteistyössä Pohjanmaan Liikunta ja Urheilu ry kanssa kehonkoostumusmittauspäivän ke 26.4. klo 12-18 Uimahalli-Urheilutalon kokoustilassa.</p>\n<p>InBody-mittauksen avulla selvität kehosi ja kehityksesi tilaa sekä näet mihin pitäisi panostaa ja mikä treeni tuottaa tulosta.</p>\n<p>Mittauksessa selvitetään mm.</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Painon, lihaksen ja rasvamassan suhteen kehossasi.</li>\n<li>Painoindeksi, rasvaprosentti ja viskeraalirasva, eli sisäelinten ympärille kertynyt rasva.</li>\n<li>Nestetasapaino sekä lihastasapaino, joka ilmaisee kehon puolieroja.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>InBody-mittaukset perustuvat bioimpedanssimenetelmään, jossa johdetaan kevyt sähkövirta kehosi läpi. Mittaus kestää alle minuutin ja tulokset tulevat raporttilomakkeelle, joka käydään asiantuntijan kanssa yhdessä läpi.</p>\n<p>Testipäivänä mittaukset alennettuun hintaan 15€ (normaali hinta 25 €). "fi": "<p>Kyrönmaan lukion kulttuurilinja järjestää tämän vuoden produktiona Fantasia-taidenäyttelyn Isonkyrön kirjastolla 20.3.-31.3.</p>\n<p>Produktion aikana valitsimme tämänvuotisen toteutustavan, päätimme taidenäyttelyn teeman ja toteutimme teokset erilaisia tekniikoita hyödyntäen. Lopputuloksesta tulikin upean monipuolinen ja teoksista välittyy tekijöiden mielikuvitus.
