Soinillinen on rovaniemeläisen ja kesäsoinilaisen muusikkopariskunnan Juuli Holman ja Juhana Inkisen luomus. Festivaali 2023 järjestetään 16.–18.6.2023. Sessiot pidetään pääsääntöisesti suomeksi, mutta niitä voidaan myös järjestää muilla kielillä. Tästä ilmoitetaan ohjelmassa.
