"fi": "<p>Tilaisuuden aluksi kaupunginjohtaja Jaakko Kiiskilä pitää puheen Kansalaistorilla (kaupungintalon ja Aallon kirjaston välissä). Tämän jälkeen ammutaan ilotulitus Lakeudenpuistosta. Erillistä keskiyön ilotulitusta ei pidetä. Ilotulitus on hiilineutraali, ja sen toteuttaa Suomen Ilotulitus Oy.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Kansalaistori soveltuu hienosti kokoontumiselle ja sen läheisyydestä on hyvä näkymä ilotulitukseen. Ilotulituksen katseluun on varattu tilaa myös Koulukadulta ja Lakeuden Ristin pihamaastosta.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Turvallisuuden vuoksi Koulukatu (väliltä Kirkkokatu ja Ala-kuljun katu) suljetaan moottoriliikenteeltä kello 17.30–20.30. Kirkkokadun Lakeudenpuiston puoleiselle osalle (välillä Ruukintie ja Koulukatu) asetetaan pysäköintikielto. Pyydämme autolla saapuvia pysäköimään autonsa virallisille parkkipaikoille ja parkkihalleihin. Koko Lakeudenpuisto on suljettuna johtuen ilotulituksen suoja-alueista. Lakeudenpuiston hiekkaparkkipaikka on suljettuna perjantai-illasta saakka.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Tilaisuuden järjestää Seinäjoen kaupunki.</p>\n",

"fi": "<p>Taide- ja kulttuurikeskus Onnintupa järjestää maanantaina 5. joulukuuta klo 18 Lappajärvellä Itsenäisyyspäivän etkot, aattoillan juhlat. Etkojen alussa on itsenäisyyspäivän teemaan liittyvä pieni musiikki- ja runoesitys sekä tanssiesitys. Esiintyjänä ovat Kulttuuriyhdistys Karikon jäsenet ja Järvilakeuden nuorten tanssiryhmä ohjaajanaan Anna-Maija Kuusela. Lisäksi Lappajärven kunnan hyvinvointivaliokunta jakaa etkoilla kunnan kulttuuripalkinnon 2022.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Pääohjelmanumerona on kynttiläperformanssi <em>Rauhan tulet</em>. <em>Rauhan tulet</em> kynttiläperformanssilla halutaan iloita vapaasta Suomesta ja kunnioittaa Suomen itsenäisyyden 105 vuotta sekä puhua maailman rauhan puolesta. Kynttiläperformanssiin pääsevät osallistujatkin halutessaan osallistumaan. Tapahtumaan osallistujat voivat tuoda myös oman kynttilänsä Rauhan tuliin vahvistamaan valon voimaa. Etkojen ohjelma on osin Onnintuvan sisällä ja osin pihamaalla.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>- Itsenäisyyspäivän etkojen juuret ovat Suomi 100 -juhlavuodella 2017. Juhlavuoden aikana toteutettiin monenlaisia juhlatapahtumia ja pohdittiin, miten voitaisiin viettää itsenäisyyspäivää myös iloisissa tunnelmissa perinteisten juhlallisuuksien lisäksi. Karnevaalimainen juhlinta sopii hyvin itsenäisyyspäivän aattoon etkoille. Taide- ja kulttuurikeskus Onnintupa -hanke tarttui etkojen kehittämiseen ja siitä tulee toivottavasti oma perinne. Nythän etkot järjestetään toisen kerran, kertoo projektipäällikkö Tuija Ahola.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Taide- ja kulttuurikeskus Onnintuvalla pääsee etkoilla myös osallistumaan yhteistaideteoksen maalaamiseen. Yhteistaideteoksen teemana on <em>Minun Suomeni ja Maailman rauha.</em></p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Tapahtuma on osa Taide- ja kulttuurikeskus Onnintupa-hankkeen toimintaa. Hanke on saanut Leader-rahoitusta Aisapari ry:ltä.</p>\n",
