"fi": "<p><strong>Tule työpajaan oppimaan, kuinka yrityksen palveluita kehitetään asiakaslähtöisesti!</strong></p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Palvelumuotoilulla tarkoitetaan yrityksen palveluiden suunnittelua ja kehittämistä asiakaslähtöisesti. Palvelumuotoiluun on olemassa erilaisia työkaluja, mutta niissä kaikissa on keskiössä asiakas – palvelumuotoilussa tarkoituksena on nähdä palvelu asiakkaan silmin ja kehittää palvelua asiakkaan näkökulmasta.</p>\n<p><strong>Työpajassa pääset kokeilemaan oman yrityksesi palvelupolun kuvaamista ja saat vinkkejä, miten kehittää yrityksen palveluita asiakaslähtöisesti. Työpajan asiantuntijana toimii Nina Sillvan, SeAMK.</strong></p>\n<p>Työpaja on avoin kaikille asiasta kiinnostuneille, mutta erityisesti palvelualan yrityksille, yrittäjille ja organisaatioille. Sinulla ei tarvitse olla aiempaa osaamista palvelumuotoilusta - riittää, että olet avoimin mielin ja olet kiinnostunut kehittämään yrityksesi tai organisaatiosi palveluita entistä paremmiksi!</p>\n<p>Työpaja järjestetään <ins>Alavus Fasadissa (Taitotie 1) klo 18-20, kahvitus klo 17.30 alkaen</ins>.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Työpajan järjestävät yhteistyössä ESR-rahoitteinen <em>Laadulla kilpailukykyisempiä tuotteita ja palveluita PK- ja mikroyrityksissä</em> -hanke / SeAMK sekä Leader-, kunta- ja yritysrahoitteinen <em>Mikrosta Milliin</em> -hanke / Alavuden Kehitys Oy.</p>\n",

"fi": "<p><strong>Kehittämisseminaari – monipaikkainen Lappajärvi</strong></p>\n<p></p>\n<p><strong>Monipaikkainen Lappajärvi -työpaja 13.4.2022 klo 18.00-19.30 @ Hotelli Kivitippu Aquarius INN</strong></p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Lappajärven kunta valmistelee toimenpideohjelmaa monipaikkaisen asumisen, työskentelyn ja palveluiden tunnistamisesta osaksi kunnan ydintoimintoja. Monipaikkainen ajattelu sekä -palvelumuotoilu huomioidaan myös uudistettavassa kuntastrategiassa. Toimenpideohjelma pureutuu mm. veto- ja pitovoimatekijöihin. Toimenpideohjelman valmistelu<br>toteutetaan osallistavasti yhdessä kunnan johtoryhmän, luottamushenkilöiden sekä sidosryhmien (mm. yrittäjät, yhdistykset)<br>kesken. Osallistavat työpajat ovat tärkein vaihe kohti konkreettista suunnitelmaa. Tämän vuoksi Lappajärven kunta haluaa kuulla laajasti sidosryhmiä valmistelua tehtäessä – luodaan yhdessä Lappajärvestä vetovoimainen monipaikkainen kunta.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p><strong>III. TYÖPAJA : PAIKKARIIPPUMATON TYÖ JA VAIKUTUSMAHDOLLISUUDET</strong></p>\n<p>Kolmannen työpajan aiheena: Yrittäjyys, työnteko ja osallisuus osana vetovoimaisempaa, monipaikkaisempaa ja digitaalisempaa kuntaa. Työpajassa luodaan pohjaa varsinaiselle toimenpidesuunnitelmalle. Selvityksellä tulemme rakentamaan yhteisöllisempää ja vetovoimaisempaa Lappajärveä! Tule mukaan luomaan Lappajärven tulevaisuutta! Osallistujia toivotaan etenkin Kunnan valiokunnista, vapaa-aikatoimesta, JPYP:ltä, yrittäjistä sekä yhdistyksistä.
