Monipaikkainen ajattelu sekä -palvelumuotoilu huomioidaan myös uudistettavassa kuntastrategiassa. Toimenpideohjelma pureutuu mm. veto- ja pitovoimatekijöihin. Toimenpideohjelman valmistelu<br>toteutetaan osallistavasti yhdessä kunnan johtoryhmän, luottamushenkilöiden sekä sidosryhmien (mm. yrittäjät, yhdistykset)<br>kesken. Osallistavat työpajat ovat tärkein vaihe kohti konkreettista suunnitelmaa. Tämän vuoksi Lappajärven kunta haluaa kuulla laajasti sidosryhmiä valmistelua tehtäessä – luodaan yhdessä Lappajärvestä vetovoimainen monipaikkainen kunta.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p><strong>IV. TYÖPAJA: TOIMENPIDESUUNNITELMAN ALOITTAMINEN JA YHTEENVETO</strong></p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Neljännen työpajan aiheena: Konkreettisen toimenpidesuunnitelman tuottamisen alkuunpaneminen.
