"fi": "<p>Kaksi viikkoa kestävä näyttely järjestetään yhteistyössä Japan International Artist Societyn (JIAS) -taiteilijaseuran ja Club des Amis de l’Europe et des Arts (CAEA) -järjestön kanssa. Vastaavia näyttelyitä on järjestetty yli 50 kertaa vuodesta 1973 lähtien ympäri mailman. Alajärven näyttely on ensimmäinen kerta kun näyttely järjestetään Suomessa, Suomen ja Japanin 100-vuotisten diplomaattisuhteiden juhlavuoden kunniaksi.</p>\n<p>CAEA -järjestön perimmäisenä tarkoituksena on yhdistää ihmisiä taiteen kautta ja heidän tavoitteensa on levittää positiivista viestiä taiteen avulla sekä luoda japanilaisille taiteilijoille uusia kansainvälisiä verkostoja. Näyttelyssä on esillä yli 250 teosta Nelimarkka-museossa, Alajärven kirjaston näyttelysalissa, sekä Villa Väinölässä. Näyttelyn teoksissa näkyy japanilainen kulttuuri, sen mielenrauha, luontosuhde ja harmonia, joihin myös näyttelyn nimi, Japania aiemmin tarkoittanut merkki WA viittaa.</p>\n<p>Näyttelyssä on esillä eri tekniikoin toteutettuja maalauksia ja veistoksia sekä esineteoksia. Suuri osa teoksista edustaa perinteisiä japanilaisia tekniikoita puupiirroksista kimono- ja paperitaiteeseen sekä nihongaan ja kalligrafiaan. Näyttelyn teoksissa vuoropuhelussa ovat niin perinteinen japanilainen kulttuuri ja taidemuodot kuin uudenlaiset ilmaisumuodot.</p>\n<p>Näyttelyn ohjelmassa on myös avoimia yleisöluentoja, työpajoja sekä kalligrafia-työnäytös.</p>\n<p>Tapahtumat (Nelimarkka-museo):<br>\nKe 29.5. 16 – 17 Kalligrafia -työnäytös<br>\nTo 30.5. 17 – 18 Luento japanilaisesta arkkitehtuurista (MAGORI Bumpei, Ph.D., University of Tokyo)<br>\n18 – 19 Luento perinteikkäästä japanilaisesta Ukiyo-E –puupiirrostekniikasta (KUDO Shuhei, Näyttelypäällikkö, CAEA)</p>\n<p>Ukiyo-e-puupiirrokset olivat tavallisen kansan taidetta ja kaupallisia kuvia, joita ei omana aikanaan pidetty taiteena. "fi": "MAMBA-hankkeen kolmas kansainvälinen seminaari järjestetään 5.6.2019 Seinäjoella. Harvaan asuttujen alueiden liikennettä / maaseutuliikennettä käsittelevässä seminaarissa tarkastellaan tällä kerralla aihetta julkisten ja yksityisten palveluntarjoajien näkökulmista otsikolla “Responsibility - Rural mobility between public and business interests”.\r\n\r\nVaikka kansalaisten vapaan liikkumisen mahdollistavia liikennepalveluita pidetään Euroopassa perusihmisoikeutena, todellisuus ei vastaa ihannetta. Tilanne vaihtelee eri maissa ja maiden sisällä eri alueilla. Toisilla alueilla julkinen sektori tarjoaa asukkaille hyviä, joskin tällä hetkellä usein supistuvia, liikennepalveluja. Osassa Euroopan maita valtaosa palveluista järjestetään markkinavetoisesti ja niistä vastaavat yritykset sekä muiden toimijoiden puuttuessa kolmannen sektorin toimijat.\r\n\r\nVaikka EU:n Interreg-ohjelmaan kuuluva MAMBA-hanke yksittäisenä kehittämishankkeena ei voi muuttaa näitä poliittisia peruslähtökohtia, se pyrkii auttamaan paikallisten ratkaisujen kehittämisessä sekä vaikuttamaan liikennepolitiikkaan pienemmässä mittakaavassa.\r\n\r\nSeinäjoen seminarin avauspuheenvuoron käyttää europarlamentaarikko ja kansanedustaja Merja Kyllönen, joka on myös Euroopan unionin liikenne- ja matkailuvaliokunnan (TRAN) jäsen.",

In some countries, the state provides extensive – yet often decreasing – mobility services to its citizens, in other places vast parts of services are subject to market forces and the state shifts its duties on NGOs and businesses. Even though it is beyond MAMBA’s scope to change such fundamental policies, it is indeed in our hands to develop local solutions that overcome these policies on a small scale."
