Tietokirjailija Marjut Paulaharju kertoo kiistelyistä Paulaharjun ympärillä. Nuori sarjakuvataiteilija Lauri Pitkänen kertoo viiden nuoren taitelijan projektia kuvittaa Paulaharjun Tunturien yöpuolta-tarinat sarjakuvan keinoin. Kirja ilmestyi syksyllä 2018."

"fi": "Keski-Pohjanmaan oma vanhan musiikin yhtye Barocco Boreale konsertoi pääsiäistä edeltävänä viikonloppuna Mari Palon kanssa. Perjantai-iltana yhtye vierailee Isossakyrössä. Barokin valoa -konserttien ohjelmaan on valittu G.F. Händelin ja Christoph Graupnerin musiikkia. Mari Palon tulkitsemana kuullaan aarioita Händelin Messias-oratoriosta sekä hieman harvemmin kuultu Graupnerin kantaatti Mein Herz schwimmt im Blut, joka johdattelee kuulijansa kohti hiljaista viikkoa konsertin päätteeksi. Jos esimerkiksi Messias-oratoriota on kuultu esitettävän yleensä suurehkolla kokoonpanolla, on tällä kertaa luvassa kevyempää sointia Barocco Borealen ollessa liikkeellä kuuden soittajan voimin. Yhtyeessä musisoivat Siiri Virkkala ja Maria Pulakka, barokkiviulu, Merja Pyrhönen, barokkialttoviulu, Anna Pulakka, barokkisello, Julius Pyrhönen, violone sekä Tea Polso, cembalo ja urut."
