Tiikerikoulun harjoitus perustuu leikkimieliseen liikuntaan. Tiikerikoulussa kamppailulajin alkeistekniikat on pilkottu pieniin helposti omaksuttaviin osasiin.\r\n\r\nKung-fu Tiikerikoulun voi aloittaa milloin tahansa. Tiikerikoulussa on aina avoimet ovet. Tiikerikoulussa harjoitellaan aina alkeistasolla. Tiikerikouluun ei ole pääsyvaatimuksia eikä pääsykokeita. Harrastajan ei tarvitse osata mitään tullessaan Tiikerikouluun. Tiikerikoululaisen tulee olla halukas oppimaan uusia asioita ja pystyä toimimaan ryhmän mukana. Tiikerikoulussa asiat mennään läpi useita kertoja toistaen. Opittavia perusteita ovat mm. perustaisteluasento, peruslyönnit, peruspotkut, ensimmäiset itsepuolustustekniikat sekä ensimmäisen formin alkeet. Alkeiskurssilla keskitytään myös paljon yleiskunnon nostamiseen. Kung-fu on laaja laji, josta löytyy jokaiselle jotakin.\r\n\r\nOppilaat kehittyvät kukin omalla tahdillaan ja yksilölliset vahvuudet ja heikkoudet otetaan huomioon opetuksessa. Tämän vuoksi ei haittaa, vaikka et pääsisikään mukaan alkeiskurssin ensimmäisiin harjoituksiin, vaan voit aloittaa myöhemminkin. Kung-fu on laji, jossa oppiminen ja kehitys jatkuvat läpi elämän, eikä harjoituskerran tai parin väliin jääminen muodosta ylitsepääsemätöntä estettä. Merkittävämpää on pitkän aikavälin aktiivisuus ja päättäväisyys."
