Tervetuloa mukaan!</p>\n<p><strong>KUNTOSALIOPASTUS</strong></p>\n<p>Liikunnanohjaaja on kuntosalilla paikalla kuntosaliopastuspäivinä ja kellonaikoina, jolloin on mahdollisuus tutustua kuntosaliin ohjaajan opastuksella. Halutessasi saat myös perustason harjoitteluopastusta sekä treenivinkkejä omaan harjoitteluun. Aiempaa kokemusta kuntosaliharjoittelusta ei tarvitse olla, opastus on tarkoitettu kaikille harjoittelusta kiinnostuneille. "fi": "<p>Pohjoismaisten seitsen- ja kymmenottelijoiden parhaimmisto kilpailee Seinäjoen Seudun Urheilijat ry:n isännöimänä Seinäjoen Keskuskentällä kaksipäiväisessä kisatapahtumassa 11. - 12.6.2022. Pohjoismaiden mestaruuskilpailuissa kamppaillaan miesten ja naisten sarjojen lisäksi myös alle 20- sekä alle 18-vuotiaiden sarjoissa. Kilpailuilla on erityisen merkittävä status kesän arvokilpailuihin pääsyn kannalta. Sijoitukset moniottelussa kerryttävät ns. rankingpisteitä.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Suomi tuo moniotteluun erittäin kilpailukykyisen joukkueen tähtinään mm. <strong>Juuso Hassin</strong>, joka on viime<br>vuodet hallinnut miesten ottelurintamalla mm. ottaen neljä Kalevan kisamestaruutta. Maakunnan<br>edustuksesta kantaa vastuun Ähtärin lupaava ottelija <strong>Juuso Toivone</strong>n. Hassin vanaveteen aikuissarjassa<br>noussut nuori kaimansa poimi aikanaan ikäluokkansa Suomen mestaruudet vuosi toisensa jälkeen. Suomen<br>kovan joukkueen haastaa pohjoismainen otteluparhaimmisto.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Luvassa on kiinnostava ja korkeatasoinen yleisurheiluviikonloppu. Ilmoittautuminen joko soittamalla numeroon 0443502380 tai sähköpostilla jutta.vake@gmail.com.</p>\n<p>- <strong>Alkeisryhmät: </strong>alkeisryhmään voi ilmoittaa vuonna 2017 tai sitä aiemmin syntyneet uimataidottomat/alle 10m uivat lapset. <em>Alkeisryhmässä aikuisen tulee olla altaassa lapsen kanssa, sillä allas on syvä. </em>Ryhmän uintiaika on klo: 16.30-17.15</p>\n<p>- <strong>Jatkoryhmät: </strong>Jatkouimakoulu on tarkoitettu uimataitoisille lapsille: ryhmään voi ilmoittaa vähintään 10m yhtäjaksoisesti uivat lapset. Lapsen ikäsuositus 7-vuotta. <strong>Jos et ole varma lapsen uintitaidosta, ilmoita lapsi alkeisryhmään. </strong>Vanhemmat eivät osallistu uintituokioon jatkouimakoulun aikana. Ryhmän uintiaika on klo: 17.15-18.00</p>\n<p><strong>HINTA: 28€ summan voi maksaa Kivitipun vastaanoton kassalle kokonaan ensimmäisellä uintikerralla ennen infotilaisuutta tai jokaisena uimakoulupäivänä 7€ kerrallaan.</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Ensimmäisellä uimakoulukerralla huoltajille ja uimakoululaisille järjestetään infotilaisuudet kylpylän kahviossa. Infotilaisuus alkaa 15min ennen uimakoulun alkamisaikaa: alkeisryhmän infotilaisuus klo: 16.15, jatkoryhmän infotilaisuus klo: 17.00. Olethan ajoissa paikalla. </strong>Allastilassa on hyvä olla valmiina noin 5min ennen opetuksen alkua.</p>\n",

"fi": "<p>Suomen Ladun valtakunnallisia Retkelle -päiviä vietetään ensimmäistä kertaa 11.-12.6.2022.</p>\n<p>Suomenselän Samoilijat juhlistaa Retkelle -päiviä järjestämällä kaikille avoimen ja maksuttoman Metsämieli-hyvinvointiretken la 11.6. klo 13-15 Ähtärin Ohrakosken maastoissa. Metsämieli-retken ohjaajana toimii Polun Lumon Metsämieli-vetäjä, erä- ja luonto-opas (AT) Kati Granroth.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Suomalainen <strong>Metsämieli</strong>®-menetelmä yhdistää tieteellisesti tutkittuja luonnon terveysvaikutuksia mielentaitoja vahvistaviin harjoituksiin. Retken aikana kävellään rauhallisesti luontoympäristössä ja välillä pysähdytään tekemään ohjatusti Metsämieli-harjoituksia, jotka rentouttavat, kehittävät oman mielen ja kehon kuuntelua, vahvistavat itsetuntemusta ja vähentävät stressiä. Samalla aistitaan ympäröivää luontoa. Retki sopii kaikille kunnosta riippumatta.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Metsämieli-retken kokoontumispaikkana on Ohrakosken P-paikka. Käänny Myllymäentieltä (18) pohjoiseen Niemisvedentielle. Aja n. 1,3 km ja käänny opasteen mukaan oikealla olevalle tielle (kyltti Niemisjoki). Aja n. 800 metriä tien päässä olevalle parkkipaikalle.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Retken kesto on 2 tuntia ja sen aikana kävellään noin 2 km pituinen matka.
