Sellaista on odotettavissa Seinäjoella elokuun 18. päivänä iltapäivän picnic-konsertissa. Pitkän linjan puhallinsoittaja Heikki ”Hepa” Halme, jouhikkotaituri Pekko Käppi ja multimuusikko Pekka ”Faarao” Pirttikangas tarjoavat musiikkituokion, jollaista harvoin kuulee.\n\nPiittaamattomuus musiikillisista tyylikategorioista leimaa Hepa Halmeen musiikillista uraa. Tuo asenne on tehnyt hänestä monipuolisen soittajan ja säveltäjän. Musiikkitieteen opiskelun yhteydessä ovet avautuivat modernin ja kokeellisen elektronisen musiikin maailmaan. Klassiseen soittoperinteeseen hän tutustui aikaisemmin opiskellessaan huilunsoittoa. Halme muistetaan erityisesti 1980- ja 90-lukujen kulttibändeistä: jazzin katu-uskottavuuden tanssilattialle palauttaneesta Bullworkersista ja Cool Sheiks -yhtyeestä.\n\n<span style=\"display: inline !important;\">Jouhikkoja eli jouhikanteleita rakentava ja niitä virtuoosimaisesti soittava Pekko Käppi yhdistää soittimillaan perinnemusiikkia ja nykymenoa omaleimaisesti, eikä väliä, soittaako hän yksin tai vaikkapa isommissa kokoonpanoissa. Persoonallisesti soitintaa käsittelevä ja laulaen tekstejä tulkitseva Käppi uudistaa musiikkia vääjäämättä. </span>\n\n<span style=\"display: inline !important;\">Pekko Käpin kanssa duokeikkoja tekevä multimuusikko ja lauluntekijät Faarao Pirttikangas on tehnyt monipuolisen ja pitkän uran rockmusiikin marginaalissa. Musiikilliset innoittajat ovat erityisesti afroamerikkalaisen musiikin eri lajit, erityisesti blues. </span>\n\n<span style=\"display: inline !important;\">Halmen, Käpin ja Pirttikankaan Seinäjoen-konsertti tulee olemaan ainutlaatuinen kokemus.
