Kurssi sopii sekä vasta-alkajille että pidempään taidetta harrastaneille. Myös 12 vuotta täyttäneet lapset ja nuoret voivat osallistua. Aluksi tutustutaan kunkin museon kokoelmiin ja tehdään piirustusharjoituksia erilaisilla välineillä, kuten lyijykynällä, kuulakärkikynällä, tussipiirtimillä ja puuväreillä. Harjoituksissa hyödynnetään museoiden esineistöä sekä sisä- ja ulkotiloissa avautuvia näkymiä. Mukaan tarvitaan piirustuspaperia tai luonnoskirja sekä erilaisia piirtimiä.
