Haluatko oppia keinoja rentoutumiseen kesken työpäivän, nukahtamisen helpottamiseen tai ihan vain olon parantamiseen?</p>\n<p>Pohjanmaan vapaa-ajattelijat järjestää yhdessä Uskontojen uhrien tuki ry:n kanssa osallistujille maksuttoman rentoutusryhmän. Ryhmä perustuu tieteelliseen maailmankuvaan ja siihen ovat tervetulleita kaikki, jotka hyväksyvät sen säännöt: Turvallisen tilan periaatteita noudatetaan, ryhmän aikana ei harjoiteta uskontoa, eikä ketään syrjitä. Ryhmä on sateenkaariystävällinen.</p>\n<p>Ryhmä kokoontuu 7.1. alkaen joka keskiviikko Joupin koulun liikuntasalissa klo 19-20 (ei talvilomaviikolla!). Koululta saa käyttöönsä jumppamattoja, mutta voit halutessasi ottaa myös oman maton mukaan. Kannattaa ottaa mukaan myös lisävaatetta, jos harjoitusten aikana tulee vilu.</p>\n<p>Ryhmän vetäjänä toimii FM Venla Parantaja. Tapaamisten aikana opitaan hengittämään, liikkumaan ja venyttelemään jännitystä kehosta.</p>\n<p>TL;DR:</p>\n<p>Mitä: Rentoutusryhmä</p>\n<p>Missä: Joupin koulun liikuntasalissa</p>\n<p>Milloin: Keskiviikkoisin klo 19-20. Haluatko oppia keinoja rentoutumiseen kesken työpäivän, nukahtamisen helpottamiseen tai ihan vain olon parantamiseen?</p>\n<p>Pohjanmaan vapaa-ajattelijat järjestää yhdessä Uskontojen uhrien tuki ry:n kanssa osallistujille maksuttoman rentoutusryhmän. Ryhmä perustuu tieteelliseen maailmankuvaan ja siihen ovat tervetulleita kaikki, jotka hyväksyvät sen säännöt: Turvallisen tilan periaatteita noudatetaan, ryhmän aikana ei harjoiteta uskontoa, eikä ketään syrjitä. Ryhmä on sateenkaariystävällinen.</p>\n<p>Ryhmä kokoontuu 7.1. alkaen joka keskiviikko Joupin koulun liikuntasalissa klo 19-20 (ei talvilomaviikolla!). Koululta saa käyttöönsä jumppamattoja, mutta voit halutessasi ottaa myös oman maton mukaan. Kannattaa ottaa mukaan myös lisävaatetta, jos harjoitusten aikana tulee vilu.</p>\n<p>Ryhmän vetäjänä toimii FM Venla Parantaja. Tapaamisten aikana opitaan hengittämään, liikkumaan ja venyttelemään jännitystä kehosta.</p>\n<p>TL;DR:</p>\n<p>Mitä: Rentoutusryhmä</p>\n<p>Missä: Joupin koulun liikuntasalissa</p>\n<p>Milloin: Keskiviikkoisin klo 19-20. Teos yhdistää asiantuntijoiden havaintoja ja tutkimustuloksia rikollisen elämäntavan jättäneiden ihmisten omiin kokemuksiin. Rikosten tekemisen taustalta löytyy yleensä monia altistavia tekijöitä eikä vain yhtä selkeää syytä.<br><br>Kirjassa haastatellaan rikostaustaisia ihmisiä, jotka ovat kohdanneet tekonsa ja päättäneet elää rikoksetonta elämää. Heidän kertomuksensa auttavat lukijaa ymmärtämään taustoja ja motiiveja, jotka liittyvät yleisimmin rikosten tekemiseen. Esimerkiksi päihteet, väkivalta ja lapsuuden turvattomuus liittyvät usein lain rikkomiseen. Kirjailija Nadia Sandhu valottaa rikollisuuden syitä myös tutkimustiedon ja asiantuntijoiden haastatteluiden avulla. <br><br>Tilastollisesti rikollisuus on vähentynyt pitkällä aikavälillä, mutta viime vuosina esimerkiksi henkirikosten määrä on kasvanut. Tutkimalla syitä myös rikosten ennaltaehkäisy voi helpottua. Rikosten juuret pohtii lisäksi rangaistusten tehoa sekä rikoskierteen katkaisemista.<br><br>FL Nadia Sandhu on tietokirjailija ja toimittaja, joka lähestyy rikollisuutta ilmiönä journalistisella otteella. Hän on aiemmin julkaissut yhdessä professori Annukka Jokipiin kanssa teoksen <a href=\"https://docendo.fi/kirjat/huijarien-suomi/\">Huijarien Suomi</a> (Docendo, 2023), joka käsittelee väärinkäytöksiä organisaatioissa.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Tilaisuudessa kahvitarjoilu.
