"fi": "Perinteiset Seurat Alaviitalan tapaan järjestetään sunnuntaina 17.3.2019 klo 13 Nelimarkka-museossa Alajärvellä ensimmäistä kertaa yhdessä Herättäjä-yhdistyksen Alajärven paikallisosaston kanssa. Perinteeksi ovat muodostuneet myös nisukahvit ennen seuroja samoin kuin taiteilijan, professori Eero Nelimarkan hattuun kerättävä kolehti lähetystyön hyväksi ja Siionin virret.\r\n\r\nEero Nelimarkan vaimo Saima (o.s. Alaviitala) oli miehensä tavoin lähtöisin uskonnollisesta kodista. Nelimarkka-museon naistoimikunnan lähes 30 vuotta sitten alkujaan ideoima tapahtuma pohjautuu Saiman kotipaikassa, Härmän Alaviitalan talossa järjestettyihin seuroihin ja kunnioittaa Eero Nelimarkan perheen vahvaa uskonnollisuutta. Nelimarkka itse ei sijoittanut itseään minkään herätysliikkeen piiriin, mutta hänen vakaumuksensa oli syvä ja erittäin tärkeä hänelle elämänsä varrella.\r\n\r\nPuhujina seuroissa ovat rovasti Pentti Lemettinen, Lapuan tuomiokirkkoseurakunnan pastori Matti Kristola sekä Herättäjä-Yhdistyksen järjestösihteeri Hanna Tuura.\r\n\r\nSeuroihin on vapaa pääsy ja niitä ennen on kahvitarjoilu. Seurojen yhteydessä voi tutustua Nelimarkka-museon näyttelyihin Puhdetöissä , joka esittelee Arvi mäenpään miniatyyrejä lääkintöneuvos Juhani Ahon kokoelmasta sekä Mestarit yhdessä – Eero Nelimarkka ja Alvar Aalto Alajärven maisemissa. Eero Nelimarkka perusti museonsa Alajärvelle, koska koki, että taide kuuluu kaikille. Seuroihin osallistumisen yhteydessä näyttelyyn tutustuminen on maksutonta."
