"fi": "<p><strong>Alavudella järjestetään keväällä 2026 kuudennen kerran Yrittäjät Areenalla -messut. Yrityksillä ja yhteisöillä on jälleen oiva mahdollisuus esitellä tuotteitaan ja palveluitaan, kun messut täyttävät Alavus Areenan 25.–26.4.2026.</strong></p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Yrittäjät Areenalla -messut ovat yleismessut, johon on osallistunut yli 100 näytteilleasettajaa ja kävijöitä messuilla on ollut noin 5000. Monipuoliset, kotoisat messut esittelevät mm. sisustamiseen, rakentamiseen ja remontointiin, kauneudenhoitoon, vaatteisiin ja asusteisiin, vapaa-aikaan ja työhön liittyviä tuotteita ja palveluita.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p><strong>Messukävijöille on tarjolla laaja valikoima nähtävää ja koettavaa saman viikonlopun aikana, saman katon alla. Luvassa on siis antoisa tapahtuma koko perheelle.</strong></p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Messuosastot sijoittuvat messuhalliin Areenan alakerrokseen, yläkerroksen tasanteelta löytyvät torimyyntipöydät. Areenan sisääntulon ja pysäköintialueen yhteydessä sijaitsevilla ulkopaikoilla voi myös tutustua näytteilleasettajien tarjontaan.</p>\n<p>Messuyleisöä palvelee hallissa messuravintola , josta saa kahvilatuotteita sekä ruoka-annoksia niin pieneen kuin isoon nälkään. Myös yläkerran tasanteella olevassa kahviossa voi levähtää hetkisen vaikkapa kahvikupin äärellä.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p><strong>Ohjelmalavalla tapahtuu koko messujen ajan; </strong>juontajina toimivat juontaja ja näyttelijä <strong>Viivi Pumpanen</strong> sekä laulaja, näyttelijä ja monitoimimies<strong> Konsta Hietanen. </strong>Ohjelma päivittyy Yrittäjät Areenalla -messujen somekanaville sekä nettisivuille, <strong>ota sivut seurantaan!</strong></p>\n<p></p>\n<p><strong>Näytteilleasettajiksi ovat lämpimästi tervetulleita kaikki yritykset ja yhteisöt niin Alavudelta kuin kauempaakin. </strong>Alavus Areena tarjoaa loistavat tilat noin 200 näytteilleasettajalle. "fi": "<h2><strong>Tervetuloa UMK-kisakatsomoon Alavudelle lauantaina 28.2.2026 Kino Kyntäjään ja nuorisotila Lymyyn klo 19 alk. Vapaa pääsy!</strong></h2>\n<p>Alavudelta kotoisin oleva <strong>Antti Paalanen </strong>on pelimanni, hanuristi ja kurkkulaulaja. Paalasen 1990-luvulta alkanut ura saa tänä vuonna uudet virstanpylväänsä, kun hän osallistuu Uuden Musiikin Kilpailuun ja julkaisee uuden albuminsa.</p>\n<p>Antti aloitti harmonikan soiton vuonna 1986 Mestaripelimanni Airi Hautamäen oppilaana Alavudella. Vuonna 1997 Paalanen aloitti musiikin opinnot Sibelius-Akatemian kansanmusiikin osastolla ja valmistui musiikin tohtoriksi Sibelius-Akatemiasta vuonna 2015.</p>\n<h4><strong>Alavuden kaupunki kannustaa Anttia hänen kisatessaan Uuden Musiikin kilpailussa lauantaina 28.2.2026 ja järjestää kisakatsomon, jossa voimme yhdessä tsempata oman kylän poikaa!</strong></h4>\n<p><strong>Kisakatsomo on elokuvateatteri Kino Kyntäjässä </strong>(osoite Järviluomantie 5, Alavus).</p>\n<p></p>\n<p><strong>Tilaisuus alkaa klo 19 ennen kilpailua samoissa tiloissa sijaitsevassa nuorisotila Lymyssä.</strong> Siellä on mahdollisuus nauttia pientä purtavaa ja <strong>Alavuden Kaksiriviset </strong>johdattelevat väen kansanmusiikin siivittämänä kisakatsomoon klo 20 jälkeen.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p><strong>UMK-kilpailun suora lähetys alkaa klo 21 </strong>elokuvasaleissa. <strong>Saamme kisakatsomoon myös pienen videotervehdyksen Antilta!</strong></p>\n<p></p>\n<p><strong>Tilaisuus on päihteetön ja ikärajaton sekä maksuton.</strong><br>Voit saapua vapaasti oman aikataulusi mukaan.</p>\n<h5><strong><em>Lämpimästi tervetuloa!</em></strong></h5>\n<p><em>Alavuden kaupunki</em></p>\n",

Se edistää myös tandem-harjoittelun konseptia, jotta E-P:n kansainvälisten opiskelijoiden on helpompi löytää harjoittelupaikkoja. Meillä on kokemusta siitä, että onnistunut työharjoittelu voi helpottaa yrityksiä palkkaamaan ensimmäisen kansainvälisen työntekijän.</p>\n<p><h5>Kansainvälisten työntekijöiden hyödyt yritykselle</h5></p>\n<ul>\n<li>He tuovat uutta, kansainvälistä näkökulmaa yrityksellesi.</li>\n<li>He tuovat mukanaan taitoja, työkokemusta ja kielitaitoa, joista voi olla hyötyä yrityksellesi ulkomailla asioidessa.</li>\n<li>Se antaa teille mahdollisuuden kokeilla ulkomaalaista työntekijää sitoutumatta pitkäaikaiseen sopimukseen.</li>\n<li>Saatat löytää ihanteellisen työntekijän, jonka voisitte työllistää valmistumisen jälkeen.</li>\n<li>He voivat auttaa teitä löytämään lisää työntekijöitä heidän verkostostaan.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><h4><strong>Miksi E-P Harjoittelun Rekrytointimessuja tarvitaan?</strong></h4></p>\n<p>Kansainvälisten työntekijöiden työllistämisestä järjestetään monia tiedonjakotapahtumia ja paikallisia rekrytointitapahtumia. Mikään näistä ei koske suoraan harjoittelupaikkoja.</p>\n<p>E-P:n oppilaitokset tuottavat joka vuosi valmistuneita monille aloille. Jos he eivät löydä työtä E-P:ltä, he voivat muuttaa toiselle alueelle. Kansainvälisten opiskelijoiden on erityisen vaikea löytää harjoittelupaikkoja, joita he tarvitsevat valmistuakseen. Myös työ suomalaisessa yrityksessä voi auttaa heitä oppimaan Suomesta ja sen yrityskulttuurista, mikä auttaa heitä integroitumaan nopeammin suomalaiseen yhteiskuntaan.</p>\n<p><h4><strong>Työharjoittelu on joustavampaa kuin luulet</strong></h4></p>\n<p>Nykyään on monia tapoja tarjota käytännön harjoittelupaikkoja:</p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Tandem-harjoittelu</strong> – Kaksi työskentelee yhdessä (Yksi suomalainen ja yksi kansainvälinen)</li>\n<li><strong>Kokoaikainen harjoittelu</strong> – yleensä 5 kuukautta tai 20 viikkoa</li>\n<li><strong>Osa-aikainen harjoittelu</strong> – yleensä 2.5 kuukautta tai 10 viikkoa</li>\n<li><strong>Projektiluontoinen harjoittelu</strong> – voi olla lyhyempi projektin mukaan lukien</li>\n<li><strong>Etäharjoittelu</strong> – ohjaatte opiskelijaa säännöllisillä ohjauskokouksilla, mutta he tekevät työnsä pääsääntöisesti etänä.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Jos olette huolissanne opiskelijoiden suomen kielen taidosta, kokeile <strong>tandem-harjoittelua</strong>. Kun suomalainen ja ulkomaalainen opiskelija työskentelevät yhdessä, he voivat tukea toisiaan, osoittaa kykyjään ja oppia uusia taitoja työssä. Tarvittaessa suomalaisen opiskelija osaa kääntää ja auttaa ei-suomalaista parantamaan suomen kieltään.</p>\n<p><h4><strong>Miksi teidän pitäisi osallistua E-P Harjoittelun Rekrytointimessuille?</strong></h4> <h5>Yritykset</h5></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tavoitteenamme on saada suuri määrä kansainvälisiä opiskelijoita samaan paikkaan.</li>\n<li>Voit tavata heidät paikalla ja haastatella heitä etukäteen.</li>\n<li>Voit päättää kenet tapaat uudelleen messujen jälkeen ja jatkat rekrytointiprosessia.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><h5>Opiskelijat</h5></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hanki kokemusta puhumisesta paikallisten työnantajien kanssa ja kasvata kontaktiverkostoasi</li>\n<li>Tavoitteenamme on saada yrityksiä, jotka ovat sitoutuneet tarjoamaan harjoittelupaikkoja, kaikki yhdessä paikassa</li>\n<li>Voit tavata yritysten edustajia kasvotusten ja tehdä positiivisen vaikutelman. None of these directly address the situation of internships and practical training places.</p>\n<p>Schools in E-P are producing graduates in many industries every year. If they cannot find work in E-P, they may move to another area to find a job. International students find it particularly difficult to find the training places they need to graduate. Also, a job in a Finnish company can help them learn about Finland and its workplace culture, which will help them integrate into Finnish society more quickly.</p>\n<p><strong>Practical Training is more flexible than you think</strong></p>\n<p>Nowadays, there are many ways to offer practical training places:</p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Tandem Internship</strong> – Two trainees working together (one Finn and one non-Finn)</li>\n<li><strong>Full-time internship</strong> – typically 5 months or 20 weeks</li>\n<li><strong>Part-time internship</strong> – typically 2.5 months or 10 weeks</li>\n<li><strong>Project-based internship</strong> – this could be shorter based on the needs of the project</li>\n<li><strong>Remote internship</strong> – you manage the student with regular steering meetings but they do their work at home or at school</li>\n</ul>\n<p>If you are concerned about the students’ Finnish language skills, try a <strong>Tandem Internship.</strong> When a Finn and a non-Finn work together, they can both demonstrate their abilities, learn new skills at work and the Finn can translate and help the non-Finn to improve their Finnish.</p>\n<p><h4><strong>Why should you attend E-P Practical Training Recruitment Fair?</strong></h4> <h5>Companies</h5></p>\n<ul>\n<li>We aim to have a large number of international students all in one place.</li>\n<li>You can meet them at your stand and pre-interview them.</li>\n<li>You can decide who to meet again, after the show, for a longer interview to make your final selection</li>\n</ul>\n<p><h5>Students</h5></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gain experience of speaking with local employers and grow your network of contacts.</li>\n<li>We aim to have a large number of companies, who have committed to offering training places, all in one place.</li>\n<li>You can meet them at their stand and make a positive impression.
