Seinäjoen kansalaisopisto ja Ideapark Seinäjoki järjestävät yhteistyössä Naistenpäivän tanssit!

Tanssit pidetään Ideaparkin keskusareenalla naistenpäivänä perjantaina 8.3.2024 klo 17.30-19.30.

\n

Luvassa on menoa ja meininkiä, kun Seinäjoen kansalaisopiston kolme bändiä - Pystymettäläiset, Besserwisserit ja Tanssimusiikkiyhtye, soittavat tanssimusiikkia. Bändejä luotsaa Mika Peltoniemi.

\n

Musiikin ja paritanssin lisäksi luvassa on Live-Lavista Heidi Hirvelän johdolla!

\n

Kampaamo-Myymälä Clips saapuu naistenpäivän tanssien kunniaksi tekemään tanssiaisiin saapuville, tai miksei muillekin, ihania pikakampauksia tanssialueen edustalle klo 14-17 väliseksi ajaksi! Täältä saat mm. tanssien ja koko päivän ajaksi kestävät kiharat!

Tekstiilitaiteilija Tuulikki Päällysaho asuu ja työskentelee Seinäjoella. Hän on valmistunut 1965 Taideteollisesta oppilaitoksesta (nykyään Aalto-yliopisto). Päällysaho on Seinäjoen Taiteilijaseura Ry:n, Pohjalaisen Taiteilijaliiton, Ornamo/Tekstiilitaiteilijat TEXO Ry:n, Taiteilijat O Ry:n ja Konsti Taideteollisuusyhdistys Ry:n jäsen.

“Alussa oli avokado ja sen siemen”, Päällysaho aloittaa ja jatkaa: “Laitoimme lapsenlapsen kanssa siemenen vesiastiaan ja odotimme. Ehti kulua kahdeksan viikkoa, kunnes ensimmäiset juurentyngät ilmestyivät ja saimme laittaa siemenen multaan. Tästä on aikaa melkein kymmenen vuotta. Suuret odotukset itsekasvatetuista avokadoista eivät ole ainakaan vielä toteutuneet, mutta vihreää lehvästöä on saatu ihailla, seurata uusien lehtien kasvua ja ihmetellä ajan kulkua.”

Esillä näyttelyssä on akryylimaalauksia ruukkukasveista. Jokaisella näistä kasveista on oma tarinansa, vanhimmat ovat usean vuosikymmenen takaa. Ennen niin ylväs ja suoravartinen jukkapalmu on painunut kaarelle aikaa myöten, mutta yhä sinnittelee. Rönsyliljat ja juorut on saatu ystäviltä ja kasvatettu pienestä versosta. Ne ovat tuoneet viihtyisyyttä ja lämpöä.

Taiteilija kertoo tavoitteistaan: “Maalauksissani olen värien ja habituksen kautta tavoitellut näiden kasvien tuomaa iloa ja tunnelmaa.”

Mainetta Suomessa ja maailmalla niittänyt Tomi Paldanius soittaa klassikkohittejä menneiltä vuosikymmeniltä. Repertuaariin kuuluu muun muassa Queenin, Santanan, Sibeliuksen ja Ennio Morriconen klassikoita. Luvassa mm. Lapin Kesä, Finlandia, Myrskyluodon Maija, Bohemian Rhapsody ja Samba Pa Ti.

\"Fingerstyle-kitaroinnin mestari Tomi Paldanius näytti, mistä osaava soittaminen on tehty...\" Näin kirjoitti Salon Seudun sanomien kulttuuritoimitus monien muiden lehdistöarvioiden tapaan. Tomi Paldaniuksen omintakeinen tyyli on valloittanut monien sydämet ympäri Suomen ja maailman. Paldanius soittaa tunnetuiden kappaleiden melodiat, soinnut, bassolinjat ja jopa kitarasoolot samanaikaisesti.
