Provinssi tarjoaa Seinäjoen Törnävänsaaren luonnonkauniissa ympäristössä aidon ja alkuperäisen festivaalielämyksen, ja vaikka osalle kävijöistä festivaali on jo ystäväporukan rakas perinne, saamme vuosittain toivottaa tervetulleeksi myös tuhansia uusia Provinssi-kävijöitä luomaan uusia kestäviä festivaalimuistoja.

The internationally acclaimed, multi-award-winning Ostrobothnian Chamber Orchestra makes a long-awaited return to Seinäjoki!
\nThe musical programme, put together by violinist Kreeta-Maria Kentala features works by Baroque masters, originally performed as background music for feasts and dining. The concert’s versatile soloist, flautist Kaisa Kortelainen, interprets, among other pieces, Bach’s well-known Badinerie with virtuosic elegance.
\n20% of ticket revenue is donated to charity through the Seinäjoki Parish.

Tapahtuma tarjoaa perheystävällistä ohjelmaa ja viihdettä kartanon puistossa klo 11–15. Mukana on useita toimijoita, organisaatioita ja harrastusryhmiä omilla pisteillään. Ohjelmassa on muun muassa perinteinen lipunnosto klo 12, lasten aarteenetsintä, liikunta- ja leikkipisteitä, karaokea, tanssia sekä mahdollisuus saada karikatyyri muistoksi. Lasten aarteenetsintäpeli on toteutettu suomeksi, englanniksi ja ukrainaksi.
\nSeinäjoen kaupungin infopiste sijaitsee kartanon terassilla, ja kartanon flyygelisaliin pääsee tutustumaan erillisen aikataulun mukaisesti. Perinteinen lipunnosto järjestetään klo 12.
\nMukana olevia toimijoita:
\nUlkokahvilan teltassa on asiakaspaikkoja ja puistoalueella on jonkin verran piknik-pöytiä, mutta tapahtuman luonteeseen kuuluu omatoimisuus – kävijöitä kehotetaan ottamaan mukaan omat säänmukaiset nurmikolle aseteltavat piknikvarusteet.
\nKartanon vierasvessat ovat avoinna tapahtuman ajan. Pysäköintitilaa on runsaasti Kivinavetan takana, kesäteatterin pysäköintialueella sekä Törnävän kentällä. Kartanon piha- ja puistoalueet eivät ole pysäköintikäytössä, ja kävijöitä suositellaan saapumaan ensisijaisesti kävellen tai pyörällä.

Retkellä harjoitellaan myös Seek by iNaturalist -sovelluksen käyttöä lajien tunnistamisessa. Halutessasi voit ladata sovelluksen puhelimeesi ennen retkeä.
\n\nRetkellä osallistutaan Luontoliiton kevätseurantaan kirjaamalla havainnot havaintolomakkeelle tai iNaturalis-sovellukseen. Ennen retkeä voit halutessasi ladata iNaturalist Suomi -sovelluksen laitteellesi ja rekisteröityä käyttäjäksi selaimella, ohjeet: https://luontoliitto.fi/kevatseuranta/osallistu/
\n\nRetkelle lähdetään Seinäjoen pääkirjasto Apilan aulasta ja suunnataan sen jälkeen yhdessä lähiluontoon. Retkioppaina toimivat Etelä-Pohjanmaan luonnonsuojeluyhdistyksen biologit ja luontoharrastajat. Lisäksi Apila-kirjaston sisätiloissa on mahdollisuus tutustua kevätseurantalajeihin lajinetsintäkilpailun merkeissä esimerkiksi ennen retken alkua.
\n\nRetkivarusteet: säänmukaiset vaatteet, kynä, kiikarit (jos on) ja halutessaan älypuhelin, johon on ladattu Seek by i Naturalist -sovellus sekä iNaturalist -sovellus (rekisteröidy käyttäjäksi selaimella).
\n\nLapset ovat tervetulleita retkelle, mutta ovat retken aikana vanhempiensa tai muun oman retkikumppanin vastuulla.
