Ota siis mukaan koko perhe, pakkaa eväät reppuun ja suuntaa laavulle. Nuotiossa on tuli, jossa on mahdollisuus lämmittää omia eväitä.Vuodenajan vaihtuessa kiertue siirtyy Talvitaipaleelle. Talvi tuokin retkeilyyn oman taikansa, sillä lumiset maisemat ja lämmin nuotio saa oman merkityksensä sydäntalvella.

Pertti Sulasalmen kirjoittama kirja Vieras kaikkialla kertoo omakohtaisesti 1970-luvun Ruotsiin suuntautuneesta siirtolaisuudesta sekä myöhemmästä paluumuutosta. Tilaisuus järjestetään Aallon kirjaston Studiossa torstaina 17.9. klo 17.

Ruotsiin muutti tuolloin 100.000 henkilöä. Muuttajien keski-ikä oli 23 vuotta. Sulasalmi oli yksi heistä. Merkittävä osa heistä palasi takaisin, esim. 1980-luvulla peräti 200.000 suomalaista. Nykyään Ruotsissa asuu n 730.000 suomalaistaustaista henkilöä.

\n

Ruotsinsuomalaisten kokemuksia on usein kuvattu vain negatiivisilla ”finnjävel” tai ”slussenin sissit” haukkumasanoilla. Sulasalmi haluaa tuoda esiin myös Ruotsiin muuton positiivisia puolia. Monelle siirtolaisuus toi vahvan pohjan elämälle.

Pertti Sulasalmi tunnetaan myös entisenä Vaasan läänin alueen AKT:n toimitsijana.

Maksutonta luentoa voi seurata Kurikan Senioritalon yhteistilassa (Laulajantie 3) sekä kirjastoissa Jalasjärvellä, Jurvassa ja Kurikassa.
