Hallitseeko kipu arkeasi tai työkykyäsi? Kaipaatko käytännön vinkkejä kivunlievitykseen, kuntoutukseen ja jaksamiseen?

Tule mukaan TULES- ja reumailtaan maanantaina 16.2. klo 17.00–19.30 Härmän Kylpylään. Luvassa on Kauhavan Ykkösapteekin apteekkari Mika Wallinin käytännönläheinen luento kipulääkkeiden turvallisesta käytöstä. Härmän Kuntoutuksen jalkaterapeutti Pertti Käkelän luennolta puolestaan saa vinkkejä siihen, miten jalkaterapeutti voi helpottaa kipuja ja liikkumista. Aikaa on varattu myös kysymyksille ja keskustelulle.

Paikalla on myös kuntoutuksen ja työhyvinvoinnin asiantuntija Jessica Havulehto kertomassa, millaista apua kuntoutuksesta voi saada arkeen ja miten Kelan maksuttomaan kuntoutukseen voi hakeutua.

Ilta on maksuton ja avoin kaikille aiheesta kiinnostuneille – tervetuloa kuuntelemaan, kysymään ja hakemaan uusia ratkaisuja arkeen.

Keväällä 2026 Laura Voutilainen lähtee pitkälle kiertueelle yhdessä Pete Nikkisen kanssa – muusikon, jonka soitossa yhdistyvät tarkkuus, tunne ja vuosien kokemus. Aiempi yhteinen kiertue sai yleisön ja kaksikon innostumaan, ja nyt he palaavat lavalle entistä vahvempina.

Kerran Keväällä on kiertue, joka kulkee halki Suomen – paikkakunnilta toiselle, saleihin jotka on valittu huolella. Tunnelmalliset tilat tuovat musiikin lähelle ja tekevät jokaisesta konsertista omanlaisensa.

Illan aikana kuullaan Lauran rakastetuimpia lauluja ja uusia sävelmiä, joihin Peten soitto tuo oman jälkensä. Klassiset soinnit ja modernit pop-tunnelmat elävät rinnakkain, luoden lämpimän ja elävän konserttikokonaisuuden – juuri sen, mitä yleisö Lauralta odottaa, ja vähän enemmänkin.

Nuoren sukupolven suurimpiin laulaja-lauluntekijöihin ja musiikillisiin taiteilijoihin lukeutuva Vesta on tunnettu oivaltavista ja yhteiskunnallisesti kantaaottavista lyriikoistaan sekä tunteita herättävistä sävellyksistä. Kuluneena syksynä hurmannut katsojat ja kasvattanut kuulijakuntaansa Vain Elämää -ohjelmassa, jossa häneltä on kuultu toinen toistaan koskettavampia ja oivaltavampia versiointeja kollegojensa kappaleista, ja covereita tullaan kuulemaan myös tulevilla keikoilla.
