Helmikuussa vietetään jo perinteeksi muodostunutta Voimaa ruuasta -teemaviikkoa, jonka aiheena on tänä vuonna Ikääntyneen ravitsemus ja lihasvoima. Viikon tavoitteena on muistuttaa, miten monipuolinen ruokailu ja hyvä lihasvoima tukevat ikäihmisten toimintakykyä ja ehkäisevät kaatumisia.

<ins>Tule mukaan kuuntelemaan maksutonta </ins><ins>etäluentoa</ins><ins>, joka on suunnattu erityisesti kotona asuville ikäihmisille, sekä kaikille ikääntyneiden hyvästä ravitsemuksesta kiinnostuneille.</ins> Luennon järjestää Gerontologinen ravitsemus (Gery) ry.
