Ikämoto- harjoittelu pohjautuu telinevoimisteluun, joka on muutettu ikääntyneille sopivaksi. Harjoittelussa jokainen osallistuja liikkuu ja edistyy omalla rytmillään ja tasollaan. Tunneilla rakennetaan pohjaa perusliikkeillä, harjoittelussa edetään rauhassa eteenpäin liikevarmuuden kasvaessa. Ikämoto- konsepti on kehitetty yhteistyössä Ikiliikkujan, Ikäinstituutin ja Suomen Voimisteluliiton kanssa.
