Taide- ja kulttuurikeskus Kalevan Navetassa vietetään MUU-kesää! Monipuolista kesäohjelmaa järjestetään heinäkuussa keskiviikkoisin ja luvassa on kaikille avointa ja maksutonta kesätekemistä.

Keskiviikkona 2.7. Kalevan Navetassa kuullaan upea Salonen & Stein -duon konsertti. Säveltäjä- ja muusikkoduo Salonen & Steinin teokset vievät kuulijan huviretkelle, jolla erilaiset tanssit, tyylit ja topokset 1700-luvulta nykypäivään punoutuvat yhteen moni-ilmeiseksi kokonaisuudeksi. Inspiraatiota on haettu niin pohjoismaisista kansantansseista, tangomusiikista kuin japanilaisesta populaarikulttuuristakin. Salonen & Steinin ohjelmisto sisältää värikkään kattauksen sävellyksiä.

Keskiviikkona 9.7. Kalevan Navetassa järjestetään kaikille maksuton talokierros. Kalevan Navetan talokierros esittelee talon vaiherikasta historiaa navetasta verkatehtaaksi, puolustusvoimien varastoksi ja taide- ja kulttuurikeskukseksi. Kierroksen aikana vieraillaan myös taidenäyttelyissä. Maksuton talokierros alkaa aulasta klo 14 ja sen kesto on noin 45 minuuttia.

Muusikko Mimi ja hassu pelleleijona Kuku ovat Nelosen Ruudusta, Pikku Kakkosesta, Foxin aamuista tutut hahmot. Mimin ja Kukun liikunnallisessa huippuviihdyttävässä esityksessä lapsi kokee onnistumisen ja oivaltamisen riemua. Jokainen lapsi saa olla esityksen sankari omalla tavallaan. Vuorovaikutteiset esitykset on erityisesti suunniteltu vahvistamaan pienen ihmisen itsetuntoa, sekä tunne-ja kaveritaitoja. Esityksessä on iloisen vauhdikas meininki, paljon tanssia, tehtäviä, nukketeatteria sekä taikatemppuja. Esitys sopii ihan kaiken ikäisille!
