Tervetuloa mukaan eläinlääkärin päivään! Lasten yliopistossa tutustutaan eläinlääkärin työhön hauskalla ja ymmärrettävällä tavalla. Millaista on eläinlääkärin arki? Miten lemmikkejä tutkitaan ja hoidetaan? Miksi rokotukset ovat tärkeitä? Lapset pääsevät kuulemaan eläinlääkärin kertomuksia työstään – ja parasta kaikessa: jokainen saa itse kokeilla, miltä tuntuu olla eläintohtori! Pienet osallistujat pääsevät harjoittelemaan leikkimielistä rokotusta omalle pehmolelulleen (ota mukaan oma pehmokaveri!).

Lasten yliopistossa puhutaan lasten ehdoilla. Lasten yliopiston tarkoituksena on herättää kiinnostus käsiteltävään aiheeseen sekä innostaa ihmettelemään ja kysymään! Luennot on tarkoitettu 6–12-vuotiaille lapsille ja ne ovat maksuttomia. Lastenkulttuuriviikoilla osallistumme valtakunnalliseen Peliviikkoon, joka on vuosittain marraskuussa vietettävä pelikasvatuksen ja pelikulttuurin teemaviikko. Peliviikko pyrkii tuomaan erilaisia pelaamisen muotoja tutuksia ja tarjoaa mahdollisuuden pelata yhdessä. Kirjastolla kokoontuu maanantaisin shakkikerho, sen lisäksi voit tulla pelaamaan muita klassisisia lautapelejä, Smartia, korttipelejä tai kokoamaan yhdessä palapelejä. Kokeillaan myös peliviikon turnauspeli Seal Splash.

Alajärven palotorilla järjestetään keskiviikkona 15.10 klo 17.00-20.00 syksyiset ruskatanssit. Tapahtumassa on livemusiikkia ja tanssijoita, sekä mahdollisuus lähteä myös itse tanssahtelemaan haitarin tahtiin matalalla kynnyksellä. Lisäksi torilla on kesäkahvilajemman pop-up myymälä, josta herkkuja pikkurahalla. Tapahtuma on kaikille avoin ja ilmainen ja toivomme paikalle osallistujia ihan vauvasta vaariin.

Nuoriso- ja liikuntapalvelut järjestävät kokoperheelle tarkoitetun ulkoilupäivän valkealammella, Lehtimäellä 12.10 klo 16.00-18.00, jossa luvassa on muun muassa rentoa yhdessäoloa, frisbeegolfia, makkaranpaistoa ja mehua. Tapahtumaan on vapaa pääsy.

Nuorisopalvelut järjestävät kokoperheen retken Salamajärven Koirasalmeen, Kivijärvelle,  11.10 klo 9.00-19.00. Retkelle lähdetään yhteiskyydityksellä klo 9.00 ja kyyti on takaisin Alajärvellä noin klo 19.00. Retken hinta on aikuiselle 20€ ja lapselle 12€. Hintaan sisältyy tulokahvit, sämpylä, tikkupullat ja lounas +kahvi. Päivän aikana patikoidaan omatoimisesti. Tarjolla on eri mittaisia patikkareittejä, mölkkyä, ketjunheittoa, tikkataulu, hiekkalaatikko ja keinut.

Työskentelyä

Voit joko maalata tai piirtää valitsemallasi tekniikalla opettajan rakentamaa asetelmaa tai tuoda omia

esineitä, kukkia, hedelmiä yms. josta rakennat itse pienimuotoisen asetelman. Asetelmassa voit

hyödyntää kurssilla saamiasi sommitteluohjeita.
