Nyt jos koskaan on mahtava tilaisuus tulla tutustumaan Heels-tanssin maailmaan tiiviin intensiivikurssin kautta. Marta on kotoisin Virosta ja pyörittää nykyään Helsingissä tunnettua tanssikoulua @dancest_studio . Marta on opettanut Heelsiä yli 12 vuoden ajan ja esiintynyt lukuisissa yökerhoissa ympäri Eurooppaa. Rata

Kiihdytysmatkan pituus on 152 metriä, lähtö tapahtuu pari lähtönä valoilla. Kilpailukaaviona käytetään Double elimination kaaviota, joten jokaiselle kuljettajalle tulee vähintään kaksi lähtöä. ajanottoa ei ole, loppunopeuksia mitataan tutkalla mahdollisuuksien mukaan. Maalissa lähdön voittaja näytetään ratanumerolla 1 tai 2, päätöksestä ei voi valittaa.

Maalista palataan paluukaistaa rauhallisella nopeudella (Max. 30km/h) takaisin lähtöalueelle. Kilpailukalustolla ajaessa on aina oltava kypärä päässä.

Kuunnelkaa kuulutuksia ja noudattakaa lähdönjärjestelijöiden ohjeita, omasta lähdöstä myöhästyminen merkataan häviöksi.

Kilpailun ilmoittautumisaika päättyy 1 vrk ennen kilpailua niin, että ilmoittautumiskaavakkeen on oltava viimeistään tähän päivään mennessä kilpailun järjestäjän käytettävissä. Kilpailun osallistumismaksu on oltava maksettuna samaan määräpäivään mennessä, muuten kilpailumaksu on korotettu.

Kilpailun järjestäjä ottaa jälki-ilmoittautuneita. Tällöin peritään korotettu osallistumismaksu osallistujalta.

Alle 18-vuotiaalla kuljettajalla on oltava holhoojan kirjallinen suostumus kilpailuun osallistumisesta, sekä holhooja tai hänen nimeämänsä täysi-ikäinen huoltaja kilpailupaikalla. Holhooja/huoltaja on mukana myös kilpailupaikalla ilmoittauduttaessa.

Katsastuksessa

Tarkistetaan, Kypärä, Jarrujen toiminta, Hätäkatkaisija (tapponaru kelkat), Ohjauksen kunto (välykset).

Kilpailunumerot

Jos on oma numero niin sitä voi käyttää mutta ilmoitettava kilpailuun ilmoittautuessa. Jos ei ole numeroa niin kisajärjestäjä antaa numeron kisapaikalla ilmoituksen yhteydessä.

Ajoneuvot tuotava paikalle valmiiksi tankattuina!!! Paikan päällä tankkaus kielletty!

Mahdolliset huoltotyöt tehtävä normaaliin tapaan huoltomaton päällä, oltava kuljettajalla itsellään mukana. (öljyä, nesteitä ja polttoainetta läpäisemätön alusta). Varikolta löytyy myös öljynimeytys aineita ja jäteastia öljyiselle jätteelle.

Kuljettajilla oltava hyväksytty kypärä, integraali tai avoin. Tukevat jalkineet ja myös muut suojavarusteet ovat erittäin suositeltuja.

Ajoneuvoissa oltava liikennevakuutus (kuljettaja/huoltaja vastaa tästä).

Keskeyttäminen

Jos kilpailija keskeyttää, on hänen viipymättä ilmoitettava siitä järjestäjälle.

Yleisin syy alaselän  ja lantionalueen ongelmiin on molemmat, lihasheikkous sekä kireys. Kurssilla käymme läpi, mitä olisi hyvä vahvistaa ja minkä alueen liikelaajuutta olisi hyvä lisätä ja minkä verran. Lisäksi tutkimme liikeharjoitteissa keskivartalon tukea lantion asentojen ja liikkeiden kanssa.

Kurssilla saat henkilökohtaista opastusta oman kehosi ongelmakohtien työstämiseen ja pääset kysymään sinua askarruttavia kysymyksiä alan ammattilaiselta.
