KUNTO-liikuntaryhmät ovat suunnattu pikkulapsiperheiden vanhemmille ja muille kotona oleville työikäisille aikuisille. Ohjaus keskittyy aikuisten lihas- ja peruskunnon vahvistamiseen ja ylläpitoon sekä liikkuvuuteen. Jokainen osallistuja treenaa omalle kunnolle sopivalla intensiteetillä.

Mukaan voi ottaa kotona olevat lapset, mutta heille ei järjestetä ohjausta ja erillistä valvontaa. Huomioithan tämän erityisesti ulkokerroillamme! Ulos voit myös ottaa pienimmille lapsille kaukaloa/rattaita/vilttiä, joissa viettää aikaa.

KUNTO-liikuntaryhmät ovat suunnattu pikkulapsiperheiden vanhemmille ja muille kotona oleville työikäisille aikuisille. Ohjaus keskittyy aikuisten lihas- ja peruskunnon vahvistamiseen ja ylläpitoon sekä liikkuvuuteen. Jokainen osallistuja treenaa omalle kunnolle sopivalla intensiteetillä.

Mukaan voi ottaa kotona olevat lapset, mutta heille ei järjestetä ohjausta ja erillistä valvontaa. Huomioithan tämän erityisesti ulkokerroillamme! Ulos voit myös ottaa pienimmille lapsille kaukaloa/rattaita/vilttiä, joissa viettää aikaa.

Koko päivän ajan ilmainen sisäänpääsy kuntalaisille. Luvassa ohjattua toimintaa sekä mahdollisuus omatoimiseen uintiin ja touhuun.
Uintirannekkeet jaetaan uintikeskuksen aulassa yli 16-vuotiaille, lapset kulkevat päivän ajan kuntalaisrannekkeella, joka haetaan lomaketta vastaan Kuortanehallin infosta. Ohjeet täältä. Alle 8 vuotiaat lapset vanhemman seurassa, myös tapahtumaan.

Ryhmä kokoontuu torstaisin Tuiskulan koulun liikuntasalin ylätasanteen liikuntatilassa, kesäkuussa koulun pihalla. Mukaan voi ottaa vauvat ja ryömivät / konttaavat taaperot. Turvallisuussyistä käveleviä lapsia ei voi ottaa mukaan liikuntatilaan. Ulkojumppien aikana lapset ovat myös tervetulleita leikkimään koulun pihalle.

Kurikan liikuntatoimi järjestää maksutonta ohjattua KUNTO-liikuntaa pikkulapsiperheiden vanhemmille ja muille kotona oleville opiskelu- ja työikäisille aikuisille. Ryhmä kokoontuu torstaisin Tuiskulan koulun liikuntasalin ylätasanteen liikuntatilassa, kesäkuussa koulun pihalla. Mukaan voi ottaa vauvat ja ryömivät / konttaavat taaperot. Turvallisuussyistä käveleviä lapsia ei voi ottaa mukaan liikuntatilaan. Ulkojumppien aikana lapset ovat myös tervetulleita leikkimään koulun pihalle.
