Tunneilla rakennetaan pohjaa perusliikkeillä, harjoittelussa edetään rauhassa eteenpäin liikevarmuuden kasvaessa. Ikämoto- konsepti on kehitetty yhteistyössä Ikiliikkujan, Ikäinstituutin ja Suomen Voimisteluliiton kanssa.
